Worst bank ever, seriously. I have banked with them for almost 10 years and these last two three years have just been problem after problem after problem. They would cancel my ATM card without my permission or knowledge. Half the time my new ATM card wouldn’t even arrive, constantly fraudulent activity on my account even though I don’t go many places or online shop. Constantly let anyone and anyone remove funds from my account. Can’t think of a worse bank and I used to bank with Wells Fargo and Bank of America. Just a sad excuse for a financial institution.

Moved out of state. Debit card was compromised, i have now been waiting 3 weeks for my new debit card. First time i was told it’d be 5-7 business days. After 2 weeks passed i called and they told me they forgot to send it. They then told me they would expedite the debit card and i’d have it in 3-5 business days. After waiting another week i called and they told me that they couldn’t even confirm if it had been send as it was a “sticky situation” 1) what’s so “sticky” about sending me a new debit card? 2) if my bank cant tell me where my debit card is WHO CAN?

Went to drive threw. Waited 10 minutes to talk to the teller kicked me off twice. So I go inside only person in there saw 4 people working no one help me had to use the machine inside and wait another 10 minutes. What a joke

I’ve been with Community America Credit Union for about 8 years now. In that 8 years I’ve deposited a lot of money. I’m down on my luck and I reach out to them for help and they refuse to help me in any way. I just don’t understand why they chose to be this way. I’m really disappointed with them.

I have never been so frustrated with Community America in my life. Walked into this location and was waiting in line. Watched Mexicans walk in after me and they walked to a counter and then someone helped them before others that had been waiting for awhile because she was bilingual. They should have to wait in line like everyone else. Then, another woman finally decided to help me, and tried to put me on a computer after I told her I needed a new debit card because it was compromised. Then she proceeded to ask me the same questions when I already gave her the answers. She wouldn’t let me choose the picture on my card. Even though I’ve been told many times I can when I come into a branch. I live an hour away from the branch. The fact that I had to drive an hour and get treated like complete trash is reason enough to never bank with Community America ever again. I also told her I needed to cash a check and she never did that for me.

Love that you can deposit cash at the ATM drive thru.
