Incompetent and rude. First, the girl behind the counter had to someone else to walk her through trying to reset our 4 week old phone. After that didn't help, we where basically told that since we purchased the phone at a different location, they wouldn't help us.

Very helpful, 2 young ladies help solve my problem. Very friendly & knowledgeable, I am a senior citizen, they offered me a chair to sit down. I was impressed .

What's the point of having a store with 10 phones 1 is out of stock and only having 3 turned on? Plus you can't even hold the phone to see if you like it. Oh can you open a box for me. Not tell you purchase it. They need to bring the headquarters in Roeland park back(best store ever with 50 options)

Not even a one at this point. Purchased a phone online and they couldn't activate it. Talked to customer service number for over 20 minutes just to realize they couldn't activate it remotely either. I have paid upgrade fee and activation fee...still no phone. I am a customer of well over 10 years. Told me that I couldn't even buy a phone in-store. Basically said that my money was no good there. They told me my account was froze and I'd have to call back customer service to figure that part...Four lines on this account, may not see another red cent out of me.
