Was at this location when a pharmacy tech made fun of another person's prescription mentioning something about the guy with the testosterone out loud. How unprofessional and embarrassing. Unless you want a pharmacy to disclose your private health information I di not recommend.

3:30: Yesterday, my husband went and got a prescription for testosterone after his blood work came back. It was a paper prescription.
10:00 am today: He takes the prescription to CVS inside a Target and drops it off. They said, “Great, it will be ready in 10 min.” he shopped around and returned. They said something was wrong with the paper prescription, and we needed to call the doctor. They then stated they would call if they needed anything else, and if they didn't, it would be ready after work.
4:00: after work, he called to verify it was ready to be picked up since he did not receive a phone call today. They stated that the doctor's office never returned their phone calls or answered. He then (I was right there with him) called and said, “You told me you would call if there were an issue. Can you tell me what I need?” They then asked if we could go and talk to the doctor ourselves. Perfect, we did that and stood
In her office, as she called them. Then we get a new text saying, “CVS is working on a new prescription for you.” It was figured out; great!
6:00: I called and asked if it was ready. She said yes, give it 10 minutes. Great, I dropped my son off at baseball and went to Target to pick it up.
6:30- I stand in line, go up to the counter, and give her (the pharmacy tech) his name and date of birth. Once she saw who it was, she said out loud, “Oh, the guy on testosterone,” loud enough for everyone to hear, and I was not even upset at that point; she then said, “Tell him he needs to take a chill pill, and we will get the meds when we get them” I was very taken back with this comment because he was not even mean on the phone he just wanted answers. We have waited days for a prescription before, but I said, “I think the entire situation has been a lot,” and she said, “Take that up with insurance. We don't care” ? now I'm mad. She then says we didn't fill it because it's now an insurance issue. I say, “I just called, and you said 10 min.” I'm confused. She asked me to go shopping and said she would talk to the pharmacist.
6:32: They call while I'm in the store and say it's not insurance because my doctor has not contacted them. I said, “Mam, I was there when she called, and I have the confirmation text from CVS.” she said, “Well, that's not true,” and then I stated, “You have got to understand why we are frustrated and this point this has been all
Over the place.” She says, “Thanks for the feedback and hangs up.”
6:40- I return to the counter, wait in line to get the prescription, and discuss this with the pharmacist. When I ask to speak to the pharmacist or manager, she looks at me, laughs, and says, “I'll be there when I can.”
7:00- 20 minutes later, she finds the time to talk to me with her arms crossed and rolling her eyes. I understand you want your employees back, and I get that. Still, she was insulting and unprofessional,” and I restated everything she had said. The PHARMACIST yelled to the last register while the tech was helping someone. There was a line of people saying, “Did you tell the guy who was getting his testosterone filled that he needed to take a chill pill?” and the tech looked at her and said no!! Then the pharmacist looked at me and said “ well looks like that didn't happen” I then said well we can watch the cameras because that is an absolute lie. She then says “ our cameras do not have audio so that won't matter anyway, and go ahead and call corporate they won't do anything they never do” and then she walks away.

We are always greeted with a smile. Everyone is very professional, and they do not hesitate to help you with any of your pharmaceutical needs. I highly recommend CVS pharmacy for all of your needs.

I've never had such a horrible experience with a pharmacy! I would give a negative star if I could. What a bunch of bungling idiots! Especially a young man that works there. Wish I had gotten his name. Do yourself a favor and go to ANY OTHER PHARMACY! Shipped my prescription to a wrong address! What a bunch of CLOWNS!!

Nikki is the best pharmacist one could ever ask for. She is professional, caring, and thoughtful. I am so very grateful for her. The pharmacy does an amazing business because they work to help everyone.

Recently moved from out of state. Have been to this pharmacy about six times and have had one positive experience out of those six. The pharmacist during that experience was great. Too bad one has to deal with the technicians. Needed to pick up an antibiotic for my child. I am told their system is down and no idea when, or if, it will be back up. I ask if there is another CVS close by that could fill it. Am told probably...there is one on State Road but you will have to call them because I don't know if their system is down as well. What wonderful customer service. Your system is down. You are just standing there waiting for it to come back up and just shrug your shoulders and say meh to a customer. I call the other store and they can fill the prescription but, oh yeah, CVS is closed from 1:30 to 2:00 pm every day so it'll be another few hours. Forget this. There are other pharmacies that don't close in the middle of the day that employ actual helpful technicians .

There is not a more friendly and helpful staff than what you will find At this location. I receive a lot of medication from this location. And to this day I have never had any issue whatsoever with any staff or prescription

This pharmacy is so difficult they exhaust me. They send you a million text msgs and when you actually need to refill they perform like it’s a rare drug and take forever to get you taken care of. Then to make things worse, I’ve never been charged the same price twice. It ranges hundreds of dollars for my insulin one time to the next forcing me to break out my doctors paperwork and pricing. It’s infuriating and frustrating. I’m headed there tomorrow and I’d be shocked if they get it right. One star is generous. And one final note. They give you attitude for looking unhappy. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever been subjected to and I’m an extremely easy going chill guy.
