I was calling as a provider to verify the meds the doctor sent to them was there, and whoever answered the phone 7/17-25 at 12:14 was extremely rude. I told the patient that they should pick a different pharmacy next time.

Very rude pharmacy no customer service skills. I'd take my business/prescription refills elsewhere. Just giving the heads up.

Not open 24 hours, google is incorrect. Refused a return 30 minutes before close. Not impressed.

Why does Google say they’re open 24/7 when they’re not? Update your business hours.

I have used this pharmacy since i moved to KC nearly 20 years ago. The service has gone down hill. Not something you want when you are picking up prescriptions. Mine is not a life or death thing, if I miss a few pills, it isn't going to kill me. But for all you that need to have drugs when they are filled, this is not the place to go. They don't have common drugs. For me, my Dr. fills my prescription every month, this time it was on a Friday. So I call to find out why I haven't got a text. The person on the phone explains to me it won't be in until Monday and you will receive a text. It's Tuesday night and I haven't received a text. So I call and find out the prescription is ready for pick up. They close at 8pm, and I have time. So I drive down there, 15 miles round trip, 30 minutes of my day. I am walking to the counter and I am told they are closed. I complain about the communication of my prescription, and I look at the clock, It is 7:58pm. I tell them it isn't 8, I drove down here to fill it, and the person's response was to say they have to be out the building at 8pm. In other words, they close at an arbitrary time. They are probably following some corporate direction to try to save money - it probably isn't the employees fault, but, I think they could have still filled my prescription in a minute and made it out of there. BTW- This isn't the first time I have had issues and I have expressed my concerns. This will be the last prescription I send there and tomorrow when I pick it up, it will be the last time I pick up a prescription for me there. I don't know where I will go, but, it won't be to a place that doesn't have common drugs, and one that doesn't communicate.

The employees at this location are so friendly and helpful and the cashier is the sweetest elderly person that you could ever meet.

This is the Waffle House location of the entire KCMO/KCK area if not both entire states.
There’s not one staff member that doesn’t give “Waffle House” quality service. Clearly, they are put off and miserable they are being asked to do… oh wait, their job?
Folks the reviews are so alike because this location is so far gone even management said PEACE OUT. So, do yourself the favor and do the same.

I really really really wish I could give this location a -5 on reviews. These people are ridiculously rude, one actually laughed at me when I presented the wrong insurance card, and they are screwing up my prescriptions and my name on my prescriptions all the time. They never refill my prescriptions on time even though they’re automatic refills. They don’t understand the dangers of some side effects when you suddenly stop taking medicine. I really wish somebody would look into this. It is ridiculous and I’ve never been to such a horrible pharmacy. Especially CVS CVS do with this location

Google clearly says open 24 hours, lights are on. There's literally a sign that says open 24 hours every day, and also says closed on the same sign but doors won't open and Noone is to be seen inside. This is very inconvenient and not cool at all when I have screaming children that need medicine and diapers. This is terrible come on cvs get it together... for the kids
