Great service, questionable customers. One I never meet wanted to ask a Question. My response is No. Don't dump your problems on me begging. A grown man too. Then he stared at me.
The service is ok.

I was told that cvs and Walgreens load chime cards for free. Not true I was told it had to be a minimum $20 plus a sales taxes. If it isn't free or we can't put money on the cards the the information on said website need changed

I'm new to the area and I'm very grateful for the CVS being only a few blocks from my apartment. I will use this store for all my OTC products needs. prices are very fair and the selection is nicely complete

The store manager is rude, lazy, has little patience, and dismissive.

Called to check on availability to fill a prescription this morning and I guess the female that answered was having a terrible day. Called around 9:40 am.. One of the rudest customer service interactions I've had in a very long time. I'm stressed trying to find my sons medication. And am always kind no matter what. So to be given such a an unpleasant attitude just for calling and asking a question is insane to me. I hope when I go to pick up the prescription in greeted with kindness. If not I'll be sure to get a name and edit the review. It cost zero dollars to be kind. You have no idea what someone is going through so why add up it.

It was a wonderful experience with the team of CVS. They help me with the frustration with the Machine of Money Graham. They were a wonderful team.

Living nearby, we use this CVS (downtown, 9th and Main) all the time and for almost everything, it's great. I note that Pharmacy hours have been reduced, and that is not so good, but in my case it doesn't make a difference. All of the pharmacy employees are super nice, and do a great job.
The employees here are all great. There is no problem in this regard. However, I'm dismayed that since the management, or whoever is really in charge, installed self-checkout and reduced the number of employees, the store has become less than ideal.
Self-checkout is self-checkout--it's never that good, and it's typical at this CVS. And with a small staff, otherwise, sometimes just one person, you sometimes feel you have no option but to use it.
The last time I shopped here, I stood and watched a woman only pretend to scan one of her items, and thereby stole it from the store. As in every other business with self-checkout, I'm sure we all pay for this type of theft in the long run.
I hope this store stays open as it fills an important niche here downtown, and I hope they return to the more commonsense business model of hiring people to do a job right and serve their community while still making a profit.

Arrived needing a passport photo of a crying baby. The store manager was exceptionally kind and helpful. Promote this man!

I have shopped at the CVS store only on rare occasions when visiting the veterinarian for pet supplies. Because their is no longer bus service in Gladstone, MO. If you have business to take care of. Please walk in and out of Gladstone, MO. and pray the KCATA will pickup passengers once you leave the 10 mile x 10 mile square town North of North Kansas City, MO. in Clay County north of the Missouri River. You may need water to keep hydrated in your hike home. Respectfully.

I called to transfer my prescription temporarily as I am out of town & the person who answered was incredibly rude and unhelpful. They told me to just call the CVS I am transferring my prescription to and “if it’s CVS they only have to push a button to transfer it”
