I love my local CVS store. The staff is always friendly and helpful. You are in and out fast. Never a long line. The store is always clean and organized. You get a greeting by all staff working and if you need any help they are glad to help.

Staff is very rude when you call with attitudes. They are rushed and not willing to help out. They will not call the insurance to help out, which most pharmacies will. I do not recommend. I get being short staffed and stressed, but this is a job you are paid to do.

I spoke with a CVS pharmacy employee over the phone today. We recently moved back to our hometown from KC Kansas. We had to use a local pharmacy while we were away from home, so we chose the local CVS on Rainbow Blvd. Our local pharmacy requested everything be transferred back here the day we got home. Yesterday, they told me that they had requested the transfer, but they had not yet gotten anything from CVS, and that she would call them again. I got a text from CVS today about our prescriptions so I called and left a message for them to contact me. The employee that called me back was very rude to me when I asked her if they had transferred everything yet. She told me that I had give her my name and date of birth so she could look at my profile, so I told her. She continued to be rude and told me to call my pharmacy and then she hung up on me. Very poor customer service at this entire establishment.

I was just in the store to pick up my prescriptions and was helped by Emily in the pharmacy. She completely did everything I didn't have to make a move for the transaction to take place. Super friendly and great customer service.

Terrible customer service. The young lady that works there just refused to even move to help me and had an attitude when I asked a question. All I was looking for was birthday party invitations.

Won't answer the phone and drive thru never open

Came here and the drive tru was closed, called in the see if they'd let an RSV positive and a COVID positive customer pick up in the drive thru.
"Well then, I guess you won't get your meds because we're not opening the drive thru" was the response received.
with the only option being to walk in and get it, they don't even have masks at the front door. I guess they're fine having people cough all over them with deadly viruses. this place is a joke.

I like CVS. It's a great place to shop that's not really crowded and lines aren't long. They have a photo shop where you can get pics off your phone with the new technology, cute frames that can be purchased in the store...they have hair products, xmas stuff some food items like energy drinks, laundrt and pet products, good cosmetics with a nice perfume selection. They also have an in store pharmacy. You can also earn rewards points using your phone number an receive coupons...

The Pharmacy staff are amazing. I have been coming here for over ten years.I have noticed that they have been more and more short staffed and the customers seem to always be taking it out on the staff when this is a issue from CVS staffing.They deserve humane working conditions.They don’t seem like they are receiving that.The amount of customer relations they have to endure should mean that they also can do their job in a responsibly relaxed manner.They are measuring drugs.Seems like we want to see how far we can push them.
