Came here and the drive tru was closed, called in the see if they'd let an RSV positive and a COVID positive customer pick up in the drive thru."Well then, I guess you won't get your meds because we're not opening the drive thru" was the response received.with the only option being to walk in and get it, they don't even have masks at the front door. I guess they're fine having people cough all over them with deadly viruses. this place is a joke.

I like CVS. It's a great place to shop that's not really crowded and lines aren't long. They have a photo shop where you can get pics off your phone with the new technology, cute frames that can be purchased in the store...they have hair products, xmas stuff some food items like energy drinks, laundrt and pet products, good cosmetics with a nice perfume selection. They also have an in store pharmacy. You can also earn rewards points using your phone number an receive coupons...

The Pharmacy staff are amazing. I have been coming here for over ten years.I have noticed that they have been more and more short staffed and the customers seem to always be taking it out on the staff when this is a issue from CVS staffing.They deserve humane working conditions.They don’t seem like they are receiving that.The amount of customer relations they have to endure should mean that they also can do their job in a responsibly relaxed manner.They are measuring drugs.Seems like we want to see how far we can push them.

Just got my flu shot from Pharmacy Tech Emily. Not only was she super kind and helpful, but she was efficient. She was dealing with quite the character in the drive thru who was obviously impatient and not the most understanding and pleasant person and she dealt with them professionally and promptly.Keep up the great work, Emily!

The drive through is closed often lately. When you go inside they have a full pharmacy staff. You call they won't answer the phone. I just left without my babies prescription because they said it wasn't covered under medicaid nor did they offer any other savings like usual.

terrible effing customer service. they may as well not have phones because they NEVER answer them! the automated voice machine is sooo annoying and a waste of time, then when you finally get transferred to a pharmacist, you're on hold for damn near 30+ minutes every single time! y'all SUCK! and why did it take over a WEEK to refill my prescription with NO updates either?!no excuse.

Have been on hold for 30 minutes waiting for someone to pick up the phone. Not sure if I should hang up or keep clinging to the little hope I have of it finally being answered.

Expect to wait 15+ mins to get on the phone with a pharmacist. Also expect them to close the drive thru pharmacy 30 mins before close, and lunch to last 45 mins past company policy.

I had a prescription sent in by a doctor around 11 AM. I checked the status online and it said my script was "On Hold." I called in, was on hold for 15 minutes. When I did get a response the pharmacist said they'd have it ready by 2 pm. Why did I have to even call to get it processed?My prescription wasn't filled until shortly before they closed. I decided to pick it up the next day shortly after they opened at 10 AM. When I got there at 10:05 AM there was no one in the pharmacy and I had to leave to make it to work. Every part of this process has been made so much more difficult than it should be.

This is the WORST customer service of any pharmacy I have ever experienced. My medications take days to be filled once prescriptions are sent in, they never answer the phone ( you have to call in and say you are a clinician trying to speak to the pharmacist to even get an answer during business hours) and once you do finally speak to someone they are rude and unhelpful. Refilling my prescriptions here each month is a absolute nightmare. I cannot wait to move and not have to deal with such an ammeters establishment.

This CVS pharmacy in Mission, KS inside Target has the most helpful and kind pharmacists. They are always helpful and fast even though they are always very busy. I love to come here because of my experience with them. Thank you all. The only reason I have to go elsewhere sometimes is because some of the prices are too high, but that is a CVS and not the people that work there.

This place was terrible. Showed up to the drive thru pharmacy sat there for 15 minutes with someone else next to me, they must have been there longer so they drove off and left without their medication. I pulled up to the window honked about three times and someone finally showed up, I ordered a Covid test online and was told those are for inside pick up at the front ?! Not only are the employees in a risk of catching Covid but other people because you have to go inside to get it instead of the drive thru. Some operations they are running in there legit go to any other pharmacy around you will have better service this place was ridiculous. I am not usually one to get mad about silly things either I know people work hard and it’s a hard time but this was just terrible.
