Where are your cashiers? Have about $700 in my hands that I laid down because I can’t couldn’t find anyone to check me out. This is some of the worst service I have ever received. You lost a $700 sale. Will spend my money at jc Penney. At least they have cashiers. I won’t be back. ????

Bedding dept has a fantastic selection for every want or need. He needs a bed spread that will not affect his allergies. Clerk was able to provide a large selection. Not only did he think it was beautiful, but while it was resting on counter behind clerk at check out it became necessary for clerk to advise lady that it is already sold as she wanted that same item. With their in depth inventory her selection was filled also.Dillard’s beat out 5 other retailers for this sale at their Zona Rosa location.And it was very comforting to see an off duty KCPD officer actively walking through the store, especially as he spoke to us in a friendly manner.I have shopped brick and mortar stores all over KC Metro from Independence Ctr to Oak Park Mall for many years starting in 1973 and have seen many changes.I will give this Dillard’s 5 gold stars for convenient covered parking, excellent in depth inventory, very nice knowledgeable clerks with a fantastic inventory to back them up. Because Kansas City has more Highway miles than any major city I have visited I see no reason not to give yourself the ‘Royal Treatment’ and visit Dillard’s Zona Rosa!Hope to see you soon.I am not now nor have I been an employee of Dillard’s or Zona Rosa.

I understand that there is a lot of theft during the holiday shopping season, but I did not appreciate being profiled and followed around by staff the entire time (they even called their in-store officer to the ground floor to stand by the door when no other shoppers were on that floor, not one, just me). Don’t worry staff that outnumbered me 12:1 or more on 1 floor, I bought and paid for the items I wanted. Will only be ordering online from now on due to this.Other than that, it’s a clean store and they have a decent selection (otherwise it would be 1 star).

Maybe I’m used to high end stores, but shopping for fragrance here is so abrasive, unpleasant, and bizarre, in my opinion. They have all the testing bottles locked away as if they are a Rolex boutique. So naturally, you have to ask to try each and every thing, which is tedious when trying to find something new. I spend routinely on new fragrances, and have for years. Even Hermes and Prada boutiques themselves will freely and generously toss out vials and vials of samples, not Dillards in my experience. I even came back here on my last visit to pick up a Tom Ford bottle that I already know I like, and usually when buying Tom Ford, you’d expect maybe not to be shooed away or rushed off, or perhaps to at least be given a few new samples to try out, (honestly half the fun of buying in store). Nope, all the fragrance people seem to believe the samples come out of their paycheck and eye you up and down to determine whether you’re worthy of “their” free samples (power tripping on 50 cent samples?). Like ok first, you’re not that fancy … this isn’t Harrods ok, it’s a Dillards with a 90s mall aesthetic. Secondly, several experiences like this is pattern enough for me, guess I’ll stick to Nordstrom, Sephora or the boutiques directly when I’m out of town. I don’t even care about the samples; it’s the principle.

Terrible customer service. The associate ordered the wrong item for delivery. The solution was to make us wait to receive the wrong item, return it, and reorder the correct item. In the meantime, charged for the wrong and correct item.

Purchased two button up shirts and a tie. Upon purchasing them I asked if we could still return them. I was told that as long as it was within the return period with tags and receipt it would fine. Went to make the return and was told that they could only return one shirt because the tie and other top “looked worn and had an odor” even though we are smoke free and they were tied up in the bag after trying them on. They also said since we had taken the tags off they could no longer sell them. Needless to say Dillards needs to get all of their employees on the same page as far as the return policy and learn some basic decency on top of that! :)

Zerin in fragrance knocked it out of the park when showing me scents. Fantastic customer service and spot on with selecting perfume. Will definitely make her my go to for fragrance

One of the worst locations I’ve shopped at. I used to be a Dillard’s fan, but due to the poor customer service, I will no longer shop online or in store with them.

Excellent, experienced salespersons! It's been a long time since I could say I had fun shopping for bra's
