The store is popular. It is always busy and stock rotates quickly. The staff are very helpful and know their stock. Things go quick! If it's there today it might not be tomorrow!!

The cashier unknown name black heavy set treated me with disrespect in front of my young autistic daughter and she doesn’t like shopping because of her condition and now hates it even more when I say I gave her no reason for doing this I am literally the nicest person in public was raised that way I will never return there ever and now my daughter continues her fight to be out in public this didn’t help .

Only visit to this store and the only one I'll ever make. It's not customers' fault that even though you have a no cashback sign, the card reader still gives you the option. Lorena(sales associate), you have the poorest customer service ever. Dollar Tree ? should have you in another position where you don't deal with customers. Or simply have you fired. Just because I told you I'll never go back to that store, you shouldn't had told me please. I am not saying customers is always right, but you are definitely not customer service oriented.

3/5/24 went into the West Port store. Walked in and noticed right off the bat that the shelves were almost completely empty. So I got what I could on my shopping list, if they had it.
Me and a couple other customers asked, " Is the store closing?" The clerk answered, " They cut back our hours. They have clerks and others doing double duties which include stocking shelves."
As a customer I don't need to know that. I shop at Dollar tree to save money. Now I have to use my gas to go elsewhere to get my shopping list done.
I've been to the store in KCK on 47th St. It's ALWAYS a mess. If you ask for help, you get attitudes like we the customers are bothering them.
I understand being paid low wages and all, been there done that. My business slows down as well. But, I don't tell " The Customer" what the issues are nor give my customers an attitude because my job sucks.
