Store hours say they're open until 9, got there at 8:40 to grab two things and they say they're closed and wouldn't allow anyone in the door.

The Manager, Edie, was absolutely horrible to me. So rude and absolutely disrespectful towards me. I researched Dollar Tree’s policy about exchanges before I came into exchange a few items that were brand new. Edie said that they do not honor the company policy and stated that the district manager, Sue, would not approve it either. I asked Edie if she would call the store manager, and instead, she just laughed at me and mocked me. I’ve never seen this level of unprofessionalism and treatment of a customer before. It’s surprising that Dollar Tree fills this managerial role with somebody that is so uneducated and disrespectful. I then had to drive 40 minutes to the blue Springs location, and the manager there was phenomenal and took back my exchange items without question. He was quite the gentleman I said he was happy to honor the companies policy. I believe his name was James. Kudos to you for knowing your policy! Thanks again.

The cashier was judging what I bought. The item was literally $1.25. Do you see where you work at?? It’s literally called dollar tree for a reason. This place is very ghetto and trashy. Do not recommend! Please don’t go and waste your money here.. Hire better employees with respect. If you don’t got time for customer maybe don’t work there.

Always LOTS OF BOXES EVERYWHERE!! They keep one line open even when it’s soo long it’s going down the aisle. Really wish they’d get new management and run this store like the one in Bonner

This is probably the most ghetto Dollar Tree I've been to in the entire KCMO/KCK area. I walked in around 8:42 and the employee was upset that we ended their smoke break early and tried to discourage us from entering ny saying they were closed. A customer challenged them and when we got inside, the employee told us they were closing in 8 minutes and ruses everyone one after us. Everything was disorganized and i didnt feel comfortable shopping knowing she was locking the doors with us inside to prevent anyone else from walking in at 845. Thought their goal was to make money?
