A real down-to-earth guy. Seems honest and most important of all, I lost my job when my car broke down. He worked with me and came up with a plan to get the work done. I'm so ecstatic to have my car back. I lost thousands of dollars since and it's great to start to keep my 💰 again.

Our car broke down on our way to Denver on July 3rd. We were desperately looking for a garage with availability, as we feared we may end up being stuck in Kansas City during 4th of July weekend.
When we stopped by Doug’s Auto Repair, the crew instantly understood our desperate situation and took a look at our vehicle, despite being very busy. They were very friendly, professional and honest with us.
When we discovered that the fixes would cost more than the car itself (broken gasket on a 2001 Ford Focus), the crew gave us advice on how to get out of this sticky situation while spending the least amount of money as possible, and even dropped us off at a car rental place 30 minutes away!
If we lived in the Kansas City Area, this would most definitely be our go-to garage. I highly recommend Doug’s Auto Repair.

My battery died back in January, when it was tremendously cold. I bought the battery but the guys at Oreily’s told me a professional had to install it. I went there and spend around 30 to 40 minutes. The Staff were fun and professional. I would recommend them.

My family and I were stranded while on vacation when our van broke down. Doug's Auto Repair was recommended to us by another local mechanic who did not have time to fix it. Doug's got us in the same day, fixed our problem quickly, and were very friendly and helpful in the process. We trust these people and would use them regularly if we lived here.
