Booked an appointment for a “free brake inspection” for today at 1pm. I arrived on time for my appointment and I was told there was only one technician for the day that could do the inspection. I offered to come back another day next week upon hearing this and the associate (unsure of his name) told me that we would be in very shortly and then the inspection would take 30 minutes. I asked if he was sure because we Did have plans for later in the day and we needed to wait for our car. And again, he assured me and stated that today would be the least busy day they have to get it done. We took a walk to take up sometime and one hour later, our vehicle is still in the same spot, parked where We left it, untouched. The associate does not apologize and said “I thought someone had gotten it in but we can get it in now.” I became annoyed because the Associate clearly did not care. I asked him if he remembered the conversation we had earlier about getting in and out quickly. And can you believe it that at that time, he said “we can get it in now unless you want to reschedule.” 40 minutes later, I was charged $22 for my FREE brake inspection and quoted almost $2000 worth of work which I’m already finding at a lower price. I was not even offered the $50 off per axle coupons I found here. I say this to say; I figured my car’s expenses would be steep, but at least make me feel confident in your service and work. I came here because i figured the service here would be held to a higher standard than just any run of the mill auto shop, but unfortunately, this place is charging five star prices with one star employees.

Came in for a alignment after the job was finished I was told that they did the best they can because I need a upper ball joint… I should’ve been told this before the attempted to give me an alignment now I’m out off $122 and still have the same issue

I’ve been going here for a couple years and 99% of my experiences have been really really good. And the one time my experience was less than stellar, they made it right. Firestone may be pricier than other spots but I trust the work that they do and will continue to come back.

So first I took my van in to get the alternator changed I told the guy it was the alternator. They said they had to run their diagnostic on it to make sure that it was for sure the alternator. They said it was just the cold weather and everything was fine I could pick up my vehicle. I went to pick it up with snow ice still on ground and had my front wheel drive van facing down the hill on their lot telling me it's my issue to get it out without hitting all the cars around. I started my van and the battery light came back on. They kept it another night They told me the Brand New Battery bought the night before had a short in it. Took the battery back to Wal Mart they tested it and said it was perfectly fine. So I told them since the old battery was in the van try that and see if anything is different. Shortly after that phone call I received another call saying their is a short in my alternator. Missed three days of work when I told them to change the alternator in the very first place!! They did a good job on my heater and I'm glad I have heat now!

I had an appointment at 10:00 AM for a state inspection. This should only take 15 minutes, but they told me to allow two hours. I hung around the block, and called them four hours later and they hadn’t looked at it yet. Around 2:15, they called to let me know it failed inspection, but I was skeptical, because I had an issue with those items one month ago and it was fixed. Both staff members were very condescending. I took the vehicle to a different shop for repair, and they told me everything was fine and nothing needed to be replaced. Had the vehicle inspected again and it passed.

The team at Firestone was phenomenal! I submitted a request for an oil change and to fix a flat tire after the horrible winter storm and they got me in the same day even though they were clearly busy. I was not expecting to pick up my vehicle until the next day, but in just a few hours they let me know it was ready for pick up. Nick was especially kind and had great customer service despite how booked they were. Highly recommend this location!

Had a flat tire from a nail. Aired it up at night and drove it the next morning to this Firestone location (1.5 miles away) going under 20mph. I was told the sidewall was compromised and I needed a new tire. This tire is brand new as the car is two weeks old (2024 model). I initially agreed to pay for a new tire since the customer service rep said "they could not put the old tire back on per the Firestone policy". After I arrived, I asked to see the "compromised" tire. The technician PLANTED tire shavings in my tire and tried to show me the outside of the sidewall "damage". After inspection inside the tire, there was no sign of deterioration and the technician even admitted the sidewall was fine. No deterioration means there should have been NO tire particles or shavings inside the tire; therefore, the shavings were planted.I will never be returning to this location as this was a dishonest inspection of my tire and I worry about everyone else who goes to this location with this team.

Today morning was raining, and I had a flat tire of a Hertz Rental Car. Towed the car to this location around 7. I had to tell them to submit an order number to Hertz (they didn’t know that they are supposed to do that). Then they continued their next round of incompetence by submitting an incorrect mileage of the car on the order number, & causing a delay in authorization from Hertz. I let this slide by being understanding. But they didn’t even bother to call Hertz to ask why their order was taking long to get authorized. If I hadn’t called Hertz and followed up, they would’ve forgotten about the car. I called Hertz, followed up on the situation and tell these Firestone people that they submitted an incorrect mileage information on the work order & that they need to include part number (which they didn’t include in the beginning). After making me wait for hours and me asking on the status of the tire change, they said they will check & let me know. Then nothing. Mind you they haven’t even told me at this point that they don’t have the tire & are gonna have it shipped. Had I known that, I could’ve went to grab a coffee. A tire change is something very easy provided that I was among the people that walked in first early in the morning. At this point, I knew they were unprofessional, and I stopped directly communicating with them. I called Firestone 800 number which called them and asked for clarification. Immediately after someone from Firestone customer representative (800 number) called them, out of the blue, they said the tires just arrived. What a coincidence! Cool, even after that they took care of 3 more people and I am still waiting on them (in total I waited more than 6 hours). What shouldn’t have taken more than 30 minutes turns out to be a 6 hour nightmare. I felt extremely uncomfortable during this visit, and I had to write this review. This is a very incompetent location that needs to be avoided at all costs if possible.

Easy to make an appointment, explained options, friendly staff, completed in a timely manner. We’ve been to this store many times for different reasons over the past 6 years.

Tedious is the best way to describe my experience. They took nearly 30 hours for an inspection, which I would have been able to plan for if they told me. I scheduled a drop off time at 7 am, never once mentioned my car would be there over night, nor that they would not be able to even look at the vehicle till the day after. Why schedule a time? The lack of proper communication and their pricing made it a much more difficult ordeal than it needed to be. Highly recommend somewhere else

This location is a complete SH-- show. There is a laundry list of things that went wrong here. Some of the highlights are having there hands on my car three different times and the problem was not resolved over a span of a month. The last time they had the car they had it a little over two weeks and no work was done. When I called they put blame on waiting for a part. They said the car will be ready the next day and it wasn't. My husband and I get the car back the third time and immediately went to test drive it AND the problem was still there, however they said they test drove it and it was fixed. They misdiagnosed the problem every time, however the car didn't have the current problem until after they worked on it the first time. Turns out these supposed car techs messed up our brakes! We knew they did and we kept telling them they tightened the brakes too much. We took it to another Firestone four a FOURTH time to have a proper diagnosis. But folks, it gets funnier. The other location wants over a 1000 dollars to fix what this location broke. The brakes only takes at best 250-300$ in parts to fix. Firestone needs to just shut down as a company.

Brought in my car in recently to inquire about a noise when my front wheels rotate. They did an inspection and the service manager there called and told me it was a ball joint issue. Trusting what he told me, I went and got it fixed Friday 11/17. Upon completion of the service, paying and driving it out of the lot, the noise was still there and got worse! I was so frustrated, I couldn’t believe they actually let me drive the car out with the noise still appearing in the car. The morning after, I brought the complaint up back to them. The same guy told me it was actually a drivers shaft issue. I was extremely frustrated because had I known it was a shaft issue that was making the noise I would have had it fixed, instead I just wasted almost $1200 on something that wasn’t making the noise in the first place. They didn’t even offer to refund me on that job because of the misdiagnosis that THEY did. The best he said that he could offer me was a measly 10% discount on the driver shaft service. I found this extremely unprofessional and sketchy. He was not understanding of my situation at all, I felt like I was pushed to the side when I brought up my grievance. I’ve had a nice history with Firestone but I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
