Not a good experience in this location. I would avoid it. Aligned my car with a broken part and never told me about it but charged me. Was discovered by another shop. Broke studs out of my wheels and charged me for replacing them. Stay away,

Thomas and the crew of mechanics were extremely kind and helped me out with a new battery for my car right before they were closing for the day. The weather was bad and it was a Saturday night and I’m sure no one wanted to stay late, but they were SO nice and helped me anyway. I had been calling and driving around looking to replace my car battery for at least an hour before I got there and this was the only place willing to do it. I cannot say enough great things about Thomas and the rest of the team!

The staff was polite and respectful they listened to my needs and were very upfront about the cost of the alignment service also let me know they could get me right in and got my vehicle finished in a timely manner...showed me my before and after results I noticed the results right away on my drive home great job

My family and I have been using Firestone at 78th and State Avenue for close to 20 years for various mechanical issues, oil changes, and new tires. We have always left there satisfied with their work and have never had to go back with a complaint. We are on a first name basis with Todd and Daniel. We are very grateful for their service.

I went here to get a tune up in which they charge 400 just for spark plugs then a month later my engine starts to misfire.. Then I called and they tell me I can pay $100 for them to just look at my car. Would never get service again
