I brought my Tiguan in to get it road checked for Missouri and was charged $12.00 to my Firestone card which was fine. However, when I got my statement, there was an extra $3.99 charged because I received my bill via the US Postal Service. I was informed they were going to charge $3.99 for postage if my bill was mailed to me. I paid it, but I should have told you (you being CFNA) to stick the charge where the "sun don't shine." I like receiving my bills via the USPS and I probably will not be using Firestone anymore. I just wanted to let you know my thoughts.

I requested to have my tires rotated and paid for the service. When I got my car back, it wasn't until the next morning I realized that the tires weren't rotated. I called the store and the rep I spoke with sounded annoyed that I was calling to report that my tires hadn't been rotated. I had to point out that there is a small bubble on my front driver's side tire and that if my tires had actually been rotated that someone would have spoken to me about the tire and would have attempted to sell me at least 1 tire, but that didn't happen and I'm not pleased with the service because had I not have said anything then they would've went on as of everything was done and would have taken my money, but not provided me the service that I paid for. As a consumer, I don't appreciate that.

My family has been a long time customer of this location, 15+ years, going back to when it was right in front of Metro North. Recently my son’s car was involved in a hit and run scenario. We had it towed to this location and my son and my father specifically asked the representative and the manager to identify any mechanical issues that are associated with the damage. They were provided with a nearly 1500 quote that included a statement of work that was needed. My son and father proceeded with the recommended work plus/minus upsells that were not necessary. We paid them and asked them to provide the breakdown of issues that were incident related so that we can submit to insurance for reimbursement. We were shocked to learn that only “diagnostic” was incident related from their list of recommendations….that is after we paid them. While I appreciate that the vehicle needed work unrelated to the incident, it would have been great if the representatives were to be forthcoming and clear in what is incident related vs. not so we can make a decision as to whether we want to use them for work unrelated to the incident. My family is extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with this situation and how this was handled and we will think twice before considering Firestone for future services….

The guy that greeted me was surly and unhappy and made sure I knew it. When I told him I had a service plan, he quickly responded with "I won't wait more than 5 minutes on hold. Mu service plan will call you back if you don't want to wait on hold. The work I went there to get done did not get done. I would not recommend them.

I wish I could give this store a negative rating. They don’t care about your car they care about taking your money. They will try to sell you on things you do not need to spend more money. They lie, they cheat and I will not be back.

Intake employee was a little rude. They carry three types of batteries, and the least expensive one is out of stock (surprise). The promos offered on their website say they are current, but are not valid when you try to redeem them. Their online customer service is a joke; And not a funny one. Two stars for fixing the issue that we already knew was the issue. Avoid this place.

One of my tires has a slow leak. I have to put air in it every other day. It was left for a week and was noticeably flat.
I took it in hoping to get it patched. 2 hours and $30 later they tell me they couldn't find anything wrong with the tire. The next morning my tire pressure light is on again. I would take it back, but service was so slow it's not worth the hassle again. I'll get a second opinion somewhere else.

There was only one man working and a girl at the reception. I don't know English well, and because of that she was very reluctant to help me

The reason I scored the experience so low was because all I needed was to get a tire fixed. Time to do this should be about 20 minutes once they start to work. Instead I was there for over an hour while they did the inspection for all of my tires and filters. I told them what tire was low and where the screw was in my tire. I managed to miss my kids event because they inspected my vehicle first and then tried to up sale me instead of fixing my tire first. If I was getting an oil change then great thanks for the inspection but I wasn’t and I wasted a lot of time. I even said I was in a hurry but the team wasted my time.

I recently took my car here and asked them to not run a diagnostic until they called the company I had the warranty though because I had already had a diagnostic and knew exactly what was wrong with my car. I told them once they had spoken to the warranty company and found out if they had to do a diagnostic anyway to please call me so I could decide what I wanted done. They decided to run the diagnostic anyway with out calling me first and then called the warranty company to find out that it would not be covered through them. I was very upset when I got a call telling me that they basically did what they wanted anyway and now I’m left to pay for the diagnostic…. Why am I paying for information I already knew prior to taking my car there?? They would not let me get my car with out paying them when it was in fact their fault because they did not call me before doing anything like I instructed them! I am now out $118 and will never be going back there.
