Waited 5 minutes in line before even being acknowledged - 5 minutes isn't long until you're holding more than you can carry, hence wanting to check out. There was an employee crouching behind the counter who never said anything to me despite making eye contact with me - turns out he was on break. I still acknowledge customers when I'm on break (I work in food service in the same strip mall) - usually it's "I'm on break, someone on the clock will help you shortly" and then call someone over to assist. Also, the weather was PERFECT - he had no reason to not stand outside for his break, or do anything other than creepily crouch behind the counter. I usually have a wonderful experience here (hence a two star rather than one), and would normally report this kind of thing on a survey, but there isn't one for me to do - so public post it is.

Didn't buy anything, but went in just to walk around. Nifty little store, everything is around $5-7, similar to what Dollar Tree offers. Friendly staff, very welcoming.

The manager Christie goes above and beyond. I was looking for a particular item. She went out of her way to make sure that I got it when it came back into the store. First class and wish all customer service was still like this. Thanks again Christie!

Really cool place, with lots of stuff whether novelty or serious. Used to be an easy store to figure out because items were either 5 dollars or below, hence the name "5below"....but now, they have prices way above 5, so changing the name of your store to "5 AND above" would be helpful for the consumer, ha.

It's 5 below...5 dollars and under! It's a great place for cheap products, but they are cheap for a reason, don't expect that most things are gonna last too long, but I do still love their products and selections! Great place for lots of money saving ideas, items, organization and fun toys, coloring books, kids books, ear buds, throw pillows, clothes, toys. Etc. We love it!!!

Fun affordable things for kids, but the music they play in the store is absolutely atrocious. I would have spent longer in the store if it wasn't for the music. Which honestly, wasn't even appropriate for kids.
