The staff here are rude. They didn’t put items in my bag that I paid for. Then when I came back to pick them up they act like it was an inconvenience to them to find the items. Never apologize for the mistake and hardly even spoke to me. Customer service is just poor

This store has shoes in stock for $45. The same exact shoes are online, on the forever 21 website for $23. When we presented this to the lady working Friday night, she stated they don’t honor their own online pricing. That’s insane.

I tend to find shopping and chic stores sometimes Unamusing or Intimidating but I had just a few minutes to find the perfect top for an outfit and my friend sent me here… there was a super sweet gal name Abigail I believe, who assisted me and was efficient, kind and Accurate! Pulled items I was looking for. The sizes don’t always quite fit here- I’m a traditional 14 but have to shop in xxxl here most the time. If forever had better clothing fits for sizes they’d get that last star bc Abigail did the best at creating an excellent shopping experience.

I will NEVER buy clothes from forever 21 again. I had never shopped there until several months ago I bought some things online that were on sale and every single item has torn. The clothes are made extremely cheap.
