I was in line to purchase a gift card, and there were two people in front of me. The employee took care of them, and then went to the opposite side of the checkout circle and helped a person who had just walked up. As I waited, the employee then helped another person standing there just to talk. I finally just walked out and got a gift card to Cabela's.

The lead firearms instructor, Dana, is terrifying! It's not normal to have a shot that quick and accurate! I don't know what she's been through in life that drove her to this level of marksmanship insanity, but it's probably movie worthy...or at least an Oprah interview.She's very patient and has a great way of explaining what to do and why. And when I followed her advice, my understanding and accuracy greatly improved! I highly recommend getting in touch with her for lessons!The photo was from a speed course I went through last night, 5 shots/2 seconds at various distances up to 21 feet. Not bad at all! For starters, we asked the young man at the counter to get range time..he was rude and pointed at the tablets to the side to get our waiver signed. Got back in line and he said it would be about an hour since we didnt have reservations. Never said anything that it could be longer if members came in.... Waited almost 2 hours for range time. Went to check on how much longer and the guy said he got busy and forgot about us..THEN turned around and tried to backtrack with a stupid excuse and said we waited so long because "members" came in and bumped us to a longer wait. YET that wasn't told to us when we signed up to be on the list. He forgot about us and said we didn't sign a waiver...we did 2 hrs ago... ...needless to say we left and won't be back. But did buy some cute clothes there...but the woman sales person there kept hovering over me and I told her many times I'd let her know when I was ready to check out.So don't go unless you want to spend 300 on a membership, wait 2 hours for a lane,

Order placed 08.30.23Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have sent multiple emails and called the store. The store says to send an email. I have had zero replies about my order. I ordered a shotgun but it ended up saying out of stock so I have been trying to cancel my order for a weeks now. I even sent emails before it 'shipped' to no avail. I want my money back. Will never purchase from this establishment again. This company obviously does not care about their customers.Update: 9.12.23 no response still.Update: 9.13.23 broke down and called store again they said they will push the information to corporate. We shall see.

I was in Frontier Justin a couple of days ago with the intention to pick up a new firearm. Myself and one other customer were walking around the display cases checking out the inventory. There were five employees behind the counter talking, including one in a sport coat which I assume was a manager. For over 10 minutes, none of the 5 employees said one word to either myself or the other customer. They just kept talking amongst themselves and I don't think they were talking business considering the laughing.Over the years, I've spent tens of thousands of dollars purchasing firearms from Frontier. I was also a member for several years. Sadly, I will never go back and give them any business. I'd rather make the longer drive and go to the range in Olathe. At least they seem interested in their customers.

This is a nice setup. The staff is easy to work with and the range is great.That being said, the membership process is a crazy show! The price is fine. That is not the problem. I mean, it's a bit expensive but whatever. The issue of the actual payment goes smooth enough.The problem is the ridiculous requirements. You want my phone number: why? Why do you need, absolutely have to have, can't do without and must have my phone number?You need my address, but it's not for credit card. Nope. It's not. I can put in any address I want so long as the zip code matches what is used for my credit card and the credit card goes through. So, why do you need my address? You don't need it for a membership card because i can provide the membership number to the person when I check in to get a bay/lane. So, you don't NEED my address.Finally, the most ridiculous part of the sign-up process; the Terms and Conditions. This is absolutely the worst part. One part of the T&C states "The member may cancel their membership with written notice given to the business office at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the membership period. "Issue #1: What is the address of the business office? I have to provide a written notice but you don't give the place for where to provide a written notice. Shall I just tape my written notice on the front door of my own house? I have thus provided a written notice!Issue #2: Why do you need at least 30 days WRITTEN notice? WHY? Just so you can have yet another barrier and difficulty to cancel a membership? You emphasize "family" all over the place but the only part of this I find familiar is the great american greed system. How about you just send me an email at 60 days prior to cancellation and ask me to renew my membership?Thanks for taking the time to read my complaints. I hope the Terms and Conditions get re-written and are much more well thought out.

Fn reflex mrd. I have been searching for this gun for the last few months, only finding way overpriced ones. I left my name with frontier justice ks about a month ago. Low and behold they called me and asked if I still wanted it, of course I did. They also didn't mark up the price, and shipped it to my ffl as well. Jim is an exceptional employee and I recommend contacting him 1st if you are looking for a firearm. I will always check 1st here before I go anywhere else, thanks!!

Worse experience I went today with my friend he never shot before and the attitude of the staff was super off and they were super rude to us and it felt they were being super racist bc we're not white Americans and they will not helpful at all

This bunch took a group of confused Europeans and helped us get started on a range. Nice safe setup and understanding of new people who aren't used to the processes. A nice experience all round.

I'm a novice as it pertains to firearms. The staff is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but willing to help you find the right option for you. I had very positive encounters with multiple associates who talked to me at length about ccw options, Home defense options, and classes to help me and my wife become more comfortable and knowledgeable. I found a store full of like minded individuals who are more than happy to share their knowledge and experience. They have earned a customer for life after just 1 off day stroll around their store.

We have been shooting at the range for a year and we have always felt comfortable knowing there are several Range Officers on the range making sure everyone is safe. Went into the range today and there was only one person covering all the same lanes. I saw rapid shooting from the hip, improper handling of firearms, which is not allowed and the one range officer missed it all. I no longer feel safe going there and we feel we may look elsewhere to get a membership. If they are trying to save money, they have now put the customers in danger. Bad move

Called and told them I already had sights, just needed installed. They told me no problem but the guy that does it would be in next day. Went next day guy never showed, and they told me if I didn't buy sights there they wouldn't install anyway. No more wasted trips back to this place again. Ever.

I had a private lesson today and it was fantastic!! I learn more today than in the last 20 years married to a hunter. The Instructor made the experience comfortable, educational and just fun!!! Highly recommend!!

I was looking for a range bag. They had a GPS medium size bag that was just right. Although it was not cheap it is very rugged and should last many years. Salespersons were very helpful and polite. We will be visiting again.

Love Frontier Justice. Great staff always eager to help. Good selection of ammunition at decent prices and a wide variety of weapons and accessories. The ranges are clean and well maintained. If you haven't tried FJ, you should give them a visit!
