I took my Son to that game stop my son was a new customer he purchased a new system we were treated with respect and the staff was very professional and very friendly and very helpful me and my son were very impressed the staff had very good customer service

I work retail and I would get fired for locking up the store just to go on a 40 minute break while customers are coming in. I got here at (7:20pm)

Ordering from this store is what nightmares are made of! Because they were short staffed on Sunday, their ONLY staff was 1 Lady who had to close the store down just to take a lunch break, the door dash driver cancelled my order because they thought the store was closed for the day! So I called the store with the door dash customer care and tried to get it reshipped but the girl just said she was by herself with no one else to cover and closed the store down temporarily. This caused my whole order to be cancelled! Very frustrating! Get more people! That's just poor management and poor payroll!

Nice location some parking friendly people I visited this location on several occasions and they stay busy so you'll need to bring your patient cap with you it seems on my visits there's only one person taking care of the customer inflow

After standing outside for 8 min past the open time in 29 degree weather with the employee inside on the phone purposely ignoring me I went ahead a left. Great customer service basically what you expect in 2022. Other people standing outside waiting past open time also.

I’d be careful if you shop here. They just tried to pull a bait and switch. I picked up a game from the shelves in the store that was labeled “ New for $39.99” but during check out when the clerk took the box to the counter behind the register to get the cartridge he swapped the box for one that was labeled “pre-owned $54.99”. And rung that up. Thankfully I remembered what I saw on the box when shopping and noticed that the employee had placed the original box on the back counter under another game box. I called them out on it and they gave me the refund for difference but they were very non-apologetic. I don’t know if this was accidental but it did NOT feel that way.

11/08/22 I called around 9:15pm and talked with a store associate about the release of God of War Ragnarok later that night. The lady on the phone confirmed with me that they were doing a midnight release of the game and answered all of my questions. She said they couldn’t tell me how many copies they had and that some of the copies were for people who preordered the game but she did say that they should have some available copies after handing out the preorders.Long story short, I showed up at 11:45pm and watched as 5 other cars pulled up and waited in the parking lot. 12:05am and the doors were still locked, nobody was inside the store, no one answered the phones, and most of the lights were off.This was terrible and my kids were disappointed as well. I called so I didn’t have to go through this. We got sooo hyped up… all I know, is that I’m not going to another release again. I’m buying my games from another location from now on.Super bummed out.

We went to buy a ps4 or ps5 console with a couple games, could not get any help, as they were discussing the liberty high schools football teams.... you lost out on money and repeat business! Such a disappointment for you and for us! Thanks for nothing!
