I recently visited the GNC store and had a very disappointing experience. The staff were unprofessional, and one employee made an awful, racially insensitive joke. This behavior is unacceptable, and I urge GNC to address this immediately. If they don’t, they will lose customers, including myself. I cannot recommend this store.

The manager, Sage was incredibly insightful and helpful. The amount of product can be overwhelming, but after a quick talk about my goals he guided me to the products that would be most impactful. Great experience!

Drove a long ways to pick up my online order, and there was a sign on the door that said “be back soon” during open business hours with no time to return. This is unprofessional, the store should be open according to business hours.

Awful experience, I came in this morning to look at product and the associate kept looking at my phone screen and asked personal questions like if I had a boyfriend and then wouldn't stay out of my personal space including stepping on my toes and kept insisting on more products than I was interested in and when I found a product I was interested in gave the wrong information on it,

Yesterday my 16 year old son and his friend went into this shop. They were greeted by an amazing employee. Not only did he listen to their concerns/goals but engaged them and helped the boys buy what was best for them. He explained what each thing did and told them what he recommended based on their age and health. I cannot thank you enough, sometimes teenagers go into shops and are shown quick fixes or upsold on items that aren't healthy but you didn't do that. I appreciate you looking out and being informative and so helpful!

Walked in an the two guys that were working didn’t say anything. One dude was on the phone behind the register, didn’t even look up, other dude was stocking and kind of helped when I asked a question. Have to do better

SUPER RUDE Manager Amanda was extremely offensive when I did not respond to her aggressive upsellng. Jumped on me immediately as I walked in the door telling me the selection I made wasn't the best. At the counter when she became very confrontational. Asked for my phone for rewards I said I don't have a rewards card. Asked if I could please just buy the product she accused me of being snippy with her. I was polite and patient with her extremely upsetting rudeness. This is my neighborhood location. Wont patronize this location again.I notice there are other similar reviews here from some time ago. Why does GNC allow employees to constantly harass customers into spending more money?Been using GNC Meg Men 30 years. Often encounter annoying attempts to upsell at GNC stores.

Store clerk would not stop pestering me about the “pro membership” even after I said no repeatedly she kept asking. Will not shop here again as this is the third time it’s happened at this location. Get your commission from someone else.
