This ridiculous store sells fake merchandise.. I reached out to tell them they were selling fake Jordans on their website and I even gave them evidence to prove that they're selling fake Jordans and I was told "we're confident these are real" by some cocky person named TAB.. even though there's 100% proof showing that they're fake Jordans (iykyk cheap plastic materials etc) I even showed them the exact same shoes but real from my collection and they still continued to try to sell these for over $100 to hardworking customers.. blows my mind at the cockiness of these people and the fact that they could care less that they're ripping off their own customers for items that they had donated for free.. this Goodwill is a complete joke. I highly advise you to take your business elsewhere as they are strictly 100% for profit and could care less about the customers..
If I could give -5 stars I would do it in a heartbeat they don't even deserve one star

Dog crap service so sad and gloomy in there ever laughing person. They don't let you say you're side of the story at all you have a complaint. And when you tell them something they don't forward the information they tell you something you have to do it. Big hypocrites no good departments.

Goodwill is a very dynamic place to work for with a lot of dynamic people who are very serious about their mission, community and employees. I grew up in the neighborhood they were in and had a relative who spent many years with them. All I can say is this is a business who really say what they mean and definitely do exactly what they say above and beyond.
