So happy this place doesn't allow children. Pricing is different than other outlets but I support them not letting people's little brats ruin things.

5 stars for the staff at this location. My crossbody bag was stolen today and I figured they would just be like “tough luck” because of how crazy it is there but they were not they were very helpful and vigilant. They put the pressure on so much that the person ditched the bag in a bin and someone “found it” and returned it. I was so thankful that they were vigilant in a situation that seemed hopeless. I also learned to be a little more careful next time I go.

Love the no kids policy! It's not a safe place for kids and large families were using their children as placeholders to squeeze out other shoppers and had their kids taking things out of other's hands and carts.Dislike the slow...more like never...rotations. No rotations during several of my hours long visits the last year. The quality of items has been going downhill the last 2 years.Dislike employees trying to charge me $5.00 for items that would cost less by weight.Regardless, still love the bins!

Be careful! Don’t bring ANY children or you’ll be ambushed and screamed at by employees. No where online does it say this, so we drove 45 minutes to be kicked out. It wasn’t worth it anyway it’s dirty and crowded in there with people doing dro0gs in the parking lot. Won’t be back.

First timer to this one. I’ve been to one in New Jersey and in Florida. Never had an issue. I would fill my cart and have it weighed, pay and be on my way. This place? Not the same, oddly although their website indicates otherwise. So I spent 2 hours digging through all the nasty used underwear and broken glass and I found some great items. I get up to checkout and at that very moment is suddenly some rotation change so this dude tells me to wait and I say “no worries.” I’m standing there waiting and he comes back and immediately grabs a pair of curtains in my cart and mumbled something to me and says “I’m charging you $5 for these. I looked at him and said “what? Why separately?” He said something about them being heavy, which they weren’t that heavy in my opinion.. then I said “no” because I didn’t understand. With a flippant “ohh Kay” he grabs a baby gate and tells me the same thing about it being $5 and that it’s heavy. I asked him “do you not weigh the cart as a whole, why are you pulling everything out?” As he’s trying to grab something else, a Halloween candle almost fell out onto the floor. He wasn’t even looking out trying to be careful. I said “now hold on, I’m confused…I don’t understand.” So he does something with the baby gate and tries to explain to me in a mumble what he means about weight. But I could hardly understand him. Now, because rotation is happening, people are gathering around and I’m starting to feel anxious because I don’t like being in the middle of a scene. I told him I just wanted to cash my wife because I’m confused and he rudely said “oohhkay” and I moved myself and the cart over to a spot where I could get on my phone and call my wife (who happens to be 8 months pregnant so she went out to the car to wait for me.) the cashier comes over and tells me “man you can’t put the cart there, we’re doing rotation” and now I’m feeling like super anxious because it’s quiet in the store and all of the patrons there are witnessing this man as he speaks down to me. He then takes my cart and moves it and I walk over to stand by it, embarrassed as I told my wife what was going on and she said “I’m not attached to anything in that cart, I won’t blame you for leaving it.” So I ended up wasting two hours of my life for nothing all because I questioned what this guy was doing. Not everyone understands the process and it would be super KIND to actually treat people with dignity and respect and explain it in a way that makes sense. I would have gladly forked over the money for the items I spent so much time rummaging through. Y’all really need to step your game up where customer service is concerned. Regardless if it’s a resale store or a five star restaurant, human decency is still a thing.

We were in the area and decided to stop by. This place is an industrial place so it's next to big buildings and factories. The place is a giant warehouse that is huge. Parking is really big because it's a busy goodwill. There are a lot of bins. Everything here depends on what they have, the time you go, and the day. There are a lot of people here do make sure you are patient. The prices are pretty amazing you won't beat it. We found two shirts. Overall okay experience but a little overwhelming how many people were there.

Prices have gone up significantly since opening, but great mix of stuff to dig through here. Unpopular opinion maybe but the no kids policy makes it a smoother shopping experience… before plenty of parents just let their kids run wild, I’m sure this is why they changed it. Multiple occasions of kids taking things out of my hands or cart. Helpful staff and decent deals.

Didn't get to go in. I came with my 3 littles from 20 minutes away to pick out some clothing and they wouldn't let me in. Maybe consider changing the name of the store to give people with kids a heads up that kids are not allowed.

Never had a single problem, come here everyday and the stuff is dirt cheap. Don’t bring your kids if their under 13 it’s a safety issue, they have rotations of huge heavy bins and they are filled with unsorted items. My boyfriend has cut himself twice from unknown items be careful and wear gloves!!

Their “no kids allowed in the store policy” is bogus. I drove across town looking for a thrift store and found one on Google, thinking it would be great. First time here, I was excited. I was quickly met at the front by “security” telling me that I couldn’t bring my INFANT who was in a stroller in the store. I’m not sure why this is even a thing considering the messy bin concept. What was my child going to do; cry and annoy the other shoppers? There’s nothing to break or mess up so I really don’t understand. It was very hurtful and embarrassing to be turned away. Had I known, I definitely wouldn’t have wasted time or gas driving to such an establishment.

Be aware that this location does not allow children under the age of 14 inside. This is not posted clearly in any space, so we were informed when we arrived. We were told it is for safety reasons. I would understand this, save for the fact that Buy The Pound Thrift, which operates under the same bin structure, has been successfully allowing children since they opened. There are several other bin shopping places in the city that also allow children. This policy should be clearly written in several places to avoid wasted gas and trips. There is a sign saying to keep your children safe, which I saw in the pictures before coming here initially. Why do you have signage about keeping your kids safe if your don't allow them in the store?!
