The best shop in KC by far, I've been taking all vehicles here for several years now and have never had an issue. If you're looking for a shop that will treat you like a person and not just a number, highly highly recommend gradys. It can be intimidating as a woman to walk into a shop worried you're going to get taken advantage of or upsold but that's not a problem at gradys.
They are affordable, timely and pleasant to work with always. They are honest people and will tell you if it's not worth sinking your money into repairs and instead get a different vehicle, they could have milked me dry a few years ago with a problematic vehicle but instead guided me to replace it where other places would have had me sinking money into a pit.
They stand by their work as well, I had one issue on an old vehicle that I felt like wasn't fixed fully and Gina made sure the mechanic redid it.
Wonderful shop, wonderful people, I won't go anywhere else. Give them a chance, you won't regret it. I recommend them to everybody.

Nicest people I've ever met. Very helpful & time efficient. I wouldn't take my car to anyone else & I'd recommend them 100%, especially if you're not a car savvy person and need trustworthy guidance.

Just wanted to say that I absolutely love this location. An excellent privately owned small business The owners are friendly. They are very knowledgeable and thorough. They saved me $. First time using Grady's shop. Recommended by a friend. I can say that I'm satisfied with the service they provide. They're experienced and thorough. My #8 spark plug blew on my 2001 F-150. Anyone who's had this type of truck knows that they will eventually blow a plug. And they also know how difficult it is to get back there and fix it. The mechanic corrected this particular issue which another mechanic claimed he'd fixed. The truck is running well. Grady's was worth the recommendation.
