I don't really know how they do it, but the store is always organized, neat, and clean. Employees are friendly and they'll take the time out of whatever they're doing to walk you to the aisle if you need it. They seem to have experts on staff as well, so if you have a deeper question you can probably find someone there to answer it.Yes, some of the tools aren't as durable as they might be, but what they may miss in longevity they completely make up for in price. Do you have a project you're only going to do once or something you want to see if you like it before you invest heavily? This is the place to go.
