Beautiful store but didn’t get to buy anything because first I needed to use the restroom……… guess what? They don’t have one???

We were lucky enough to find a perfect parking spot up close by the entrance and exit of the parking garage, located right next to the store.

I had a weird experience at this H&M. I was unable to purchase a pair of jeans that I really wanted because there was a stop order on them. Ok, no big deal. I understand that rules are rules and you can't blame an employee for a company policy. The only thing was... the kid was kind of rude about it and he couldn't explain what the stop order meant. The item was out on the floor, not on display or anything. Again, I don't fault him for not selling an item he couldn't sell but he was not friendly at all. Kind of bummer. Between that and it taking over a month to receive an online order at the corporate level, I think I'm pretty much done with H&M. It feels like they don't value my time.

EXTREMELY inaccessible. Was stared and gawked at by employees. The spaces were all very tight and it was a disorganized mess with clothes on the floor.

As far as H&M's go, this one is tidy, but has very basic and boring collections. It must be what H&M thinks about KC.

Horrible experience!!! The workers are unprofessional and destructive. As I was checking out one of the workers had an attitude and she threw my stuff in the bag with no caution. I will never come back again, and I hope the manager reconsider hiring.

This is the second time I have had a bad experience with a return at this store. The first time was several years ago; I had not worn the item, but there was a powder transfer from trying it on and the sales clerk would not accept the item for return. I took it to the Overland Park store and returned it without a problem.Today I had a horrible experience in the store. There were only a few people in the store, but the people ahead of me had a huge order. The clerk, who was new, was doing his absolute best. He deferred a couple of time to his store manager who was only aligning shoes on a shelf; one time he asked her if an employee who was no longer working there could still use her employee discount. The manager came over, engaged the person in conversation, as if she were an old friend, saw that I was waiting and went back to rearranging shoes. The second time she came over I asked if she could help me, but she waited long enough that the kind clerk was finally able to help me. I was incensed by her lack of customer service and after thinking about it, decided I would return the item right then. Because I called her out on her poor customer service she said I had disrespected her, she refused to take back the item and said she would call security. I am not sure she was the one who was disrespected. I admire H and M for trying to recycle clothing, but not enough to tolerate poor customer service or nonresponsive managers.

will not be coming here & I am a plaza resident. Was talked down by a cashier & manager (associate number:556647) tonight after paying $100 cash.. shopping with my boyfriend.I got some pink shoes for my birthday dinner, we had our dog with us so I had to help my boyfriend with his wallet so I was the main one in this transaction handling money.I gave him the $100 bill with a $38.83 total, he gives me back $21. He then calls the manager to open the drawer and says “wrong change.” , she walks away. (i do not understand why she did not handle the transaction after this point as a retail manager). After she walks away, he tries giving me back $40 and a $1 bill is all I had after he took the $20 from me. I told him, no this is incorrect. My boyfriend steps in, mind you he is deaf so sound is not apparent to him. Tells him he doesnt trust him with the money, please get the manager. The manager steps in and goes “are we yelling?.” I go “no one is yelling.”, her response “please don’t yell at my sales associates.” , mind you- no one was yelling & my boyfriend is deaf holding a dog.I then explain to her what happened, she interrupted me to say “let me talk to my sales associate first.” which then that associate tried to say he gave me the money ($61 which I never got) and then tries to play it like we were trying to get more money when we never got the correct change to begin with.We left with the correct change and a sad place it my heart because I will no longer be shopping here as a plaza resident.I would give 0 stars if I could, this used to be the best place to shop since I was younger. Now it’s gone down hill, need new managers who assist & employees who know how to count accurately + have customer service.

Im surprised all "inclusive" fitting rooms are still a thing after so many women have been violated by creepy men invading their privacy in fitting rooms. I was in here trying on clothes when a man proceeded to punch the curtain of the dressing room I was in, almost aggressively opening it / peeking while I wasn't even fully clothed. I peeked outside and no employee was there monitoring the rooms, so I took care of the problem at myself and shouted at him. Curtains in any dressing room is so risky and unsafe. end of story. It's common sense. A 50 year old man could be assaulting a 12 year old girl in these all inclusive fitting rooms when there's only curtains, no hooks / locks, and not even an employee around to monitor.

All of these items were on a designated sale rack, but were not on sale. The company’s “price point strategy” is confidential and can’t be shared with customers. ?- unorganized- fitting rooms closed- low customer service

It was a very unpleasant experience. There was no music playing and the associates were slapping hangers loudly on the racks and it was really annoying. Also, the fitting rooms were closed. H&M sizes things weirdly so I have to try things on there.

Not one to typically do this but I was disappointed today when I got off work and scrambled to the location to try some things on. The store closes at 7, so I thought I would be fine, but I hear over the walkie talkie (huh???) that dressing rooms will be closing at 6. Perhaps things have changed but I simply do not understand why a store with roughly 6 sales associates cannot have the dressing rooms open until close. The woman who checked me out was just awful. Didn't say hi, didn't smile, didn't say ONE WORD. I like H&M but that experience may have permanently impacted my future shopping there.
