Today was my first experience at this lab. I had an appointment. They got me in on time and the phlebotomist was great. She hit the vein without going out the backside and was virtually painless. I would go back there for future lab draws.

I’ve filed a complaint against the phlebotomist that was on duty today. She refused to allow patient privacy by me closing the door (while she had the door closed with no patients in the lab room). She didn’t confirm my daughter’s identity to ensure she had the right patient with the right orders, which is the cardinal sin of healthcare. She didn’t ask my daughter which arm she would prefer nor did she let her know when she was going to poke her. My daughter is very anxious with needles and was trying to be brave because the phlebotomist had been so rude that she didn’t want to say anything that could make her mad and poke her harder. There’s already bruising from her being very rough and my daughter has never bruised from lab work prior to this visit. This phlebotomist needs to be disciplined and or terminated if this is her routine care and treatment of patients.

Awful experience! I signed in according to the instructions emailed to me, and they said they’d text me when they were ready for me and I could remain in my car. I waited 2-hours for the appointment and went from my car into the office twice but there was no one available to talk to. I called the office and was ridiculed by the woman on the phone for calling, and for saying that they were supposed to text me when it was my time. Such a waste of my time, and incredibly rude to do to paying customers. I’ve never been so infuriated by customer service and will never go back to this place.

I was concerned since the reviews were so low but my appt was quick, easy and I had a friendly tech. I setup my appt ahead online and they give you the option of checking in online and waiting in your car until closer to your turn.

Extremely rude and condescending staff. If you are a senior or don’t speak English, avoid at all costs. After my grandmother was turned away 2 times I finally went with her to figure out what was going on. And what do you know? All of a sudden they have the orders that had been shown to them the past 2 times.

Usually extremely RUDE and tells you there are no orders from your Dr. Went back next day "Oh... here they are". VERY RUDE lady there today 8/21/23, being obnoxiously rude to everyone in waiting room. AVOID this location at all costs. Would of given zero, but that's not an option.

Had an appointment today on a busy Monday. Tammy was incredible. She was the only person working in the clinic and she managed to see everyone at an impressive rate. If you come to this location, make an appointment, be patient, and be kind.
