Just went to Lowe’s 3/15/25 11am to 12 pm trying to get mortar and landscape timbers, got the mortar went all all the way across the store to the outside section saw the landscape timbers were up high enough for a lift. Went up front asked for help. Waited 15 minutes went up to the returns asked for help. Went back over to the landscaping timbers waited for another 30 minutes. And now I am just leaving and going to Home Depot, thanks for wasting my time.

Today I bought a new Shark Matrix vacuum that cleans both carpet and hard wood floors. I activate sitting around watching TV by voice command. It empties itself.

I really hate doing this but after shopping here 2 of the workers inside were super nice but a soon as we went outside my daughters dog was using the rest room and a worker I think her name was Kim she looked Chinese she came up to me and my daughter telling us what going on here I told her what do you mean she kept telling me what are you doing one of the other workers said you can use the restroom inside and I told him my daughter dog is using the restroom in the bushes but the lady kept trying to argue I told her to leave that she wasn’t going to be yelling at my daughter we’re not doing anything bad but she kept saying I can say what ever I want and arguing yelling Infront of my 11 year old daughter scaring her because she kept yelling at us for no reason I wouldn’t go here I want to talk to the manager because this isn’t right for to be acting crazy yelling at my daughter for no reason

I’m saddened to have to write this review as a loyal Lowe’s customer. I went in store to purchase a new microwave with a range on January 1st. I ordered it and paid $159 dollars for installation. I also used my Lowe’s rewards card. (Which I have consistently used for my entire kitchen remodel) I spent nearly $500 at Lowe’s on the 4th. I had my delivery with installation scheduled for the 4th. When the 4th arrived I was called less than an hour before my installation window closed. I was informed that we would need to reschedule due to the winter storm. (Which is Understandable) We rescheduled for the 18th. This was because the next available day they had was the 11th and we were going to be out of state. The whole reason we purchased a new range was due to our current one breaking. Today January 18th is the 2nd day work has been taken off for the installation. I spent good money for the range just for it not to be delivered and/or be installed.
The CRST technician/driver (installation company) called me and told me that Lowe’s said they didn’t have it. Ironically this happened right at the end of the scheduled installation window again. CRST proceeded to ask if I paid, if I picked it up and/or if I had the receipt. I didn’t pick it up that’s why I paid for delivery.
Then we called the store because the installation guy seemed lost. We were told by an associate that the manager (maybe an assistant manager) named Chris was going to call us back after his lunch. This was around noon. (We never received a call). We called back around 4:30pm and was told Chris went home for the day. Then we spoke to the manager on duty and he said the installation company had it.
I texted the installation worker and they gave us the run around. Lowe’s and CRST continued to point fingers at one another. This is NOT how business should be handled. There is clearly a lack of efficiency regarding the way they serve their customers on both ends. The customer shouldn’t have to lose time and money due to the short comings of a large corporation like Lowe’s or whoever CRST is. I have spent hours on phone calls today after they already took my money. The first solution I was offered by CRST was a delivery date 3 weeks out from my original order date. (The 25th) Then I was told I can get a refund/cancel by another CRST employee. After becoming Frustrated I asked for a refund. I feel I should have been offered more than a refund.
After I asked for a refund and it was beginning to process.. another employee (CRST) called me and said they can see what they can make happen. This individual was able to come back and offer me an appointment for the next day. At this point it was too late. I should have been prioritized from the jump. I will happily go to the Home Depot or Nebraska furniture Mart for any appliance needs in the future. Now I am out of time, money and still don’t have a working microwave/range. I am VERY disappointed.
This goes to show how inconsiderate big corporations can be. Other people’s time and money should be considered. I assure you that after spending thousands of dollars here and a tremendous amount of time I’d expect more effort in making things right. I am very upset and have no positive comments about my experience.

Don't order appliance delivery in the winter. The associates wouldn't bring the fridge up to my house due to minuscule amounts of snow on the sidewalk (for reference, it had all completely melted in two hours at 16°F, that 's how little there was). There was significantly more snow on the road where they got out of the truck and unloaded the fridge. As a result, I had to go rent an appliance dolly and haul the fridge to my house and up the stairs myself. I will never order delivery from Lowe's again. So stupid.

I try again and again. Lowes has gone down hill to no return. Staff was awful from check out to customer service. Good deals on black-friday but going to return all items and sell stock. Can not support bad business that can't help them self's. Seems so easy to focus on check outs where revenue is being produced. Not fighting at customer service with five employees over a $20 item 🙄.
Options out there I suggest others use them. Not worth ruining day to save a couple dollars. Canceling all Lowes credit cards asap

Recently went to get paver base but they had none. Website shows 150+ but none in store. If you ask employees about it they show me how many it shows in stock like the website. Noone offers to order some, find some or even try to help. There is no point selling pavers if you don't have the base. So, there is no point in going here.
