The store was pleasant to shop in... Had nice variety... Spoke with 2 people(staff) they seem to be polite and the prices were not bad... All in all I'll go back for sure

Compared to other retail stores such as Ross, Burlington and TJ Maxx I found Marshall's to be the most expensive. The store was not well organized, many makeup products were open and appeared to off been tampered with. Perfume bottles missing the nozzles. Customer service is not helpful or friendly. This store tends to have a lot of secret shoppers. They will follow you from one area in the store to the next. As though they are watching everything a customer does. I'll never return to this Marshall's location!

The aisles are very small and crowded, prices aren't that great. They did have a good selection of chiefs things like snow-globes and mugs, but nothing else here would really be worth going back for in my opinion. It is tjmaxx but smaller and less organized. Employees are friendly though.

The employees were nice and the store is clean. The reasons why I go there are no longer there. They used to have: good deals on stainless steel cookware (meh prices, 2nds), good deals on mens cologne (online is far cheaper and hasn't been used), and planters for the garden. They still had planters, other stuff was picked over.
What kinda makes me sore about Marshall's is they offer themselves as this great value in shopping and they clearly sell seconds. But in the end shopping at Marshall's is somewhere between the price at Macy's and Dillard's, both of which are way better department stores. The kicker with tonight's trip was the water bottle section (usually good deals). They're featured bottle? A single walled adidas branded aluminum 24oz bottle. Price? $35.99.
People go to Marshall's to get random stuff at good deals. You are ruining your business model.

They really have some good deals here! I got a leather jacket here for about $45 and it was a jacket worth over $100 brand new! Definitely worth going there to check for some of the best deals around town!
