Carter was outstanding! We came in about 20 minutes before closing and he showed us exactly what we were interested in and he explained what each mattress was made of!

Carter welcomed us immediately. He listened to our needs and allowed us time to try different mattresses with no pressure. His explanations to our questions and level of expertise helped us to make an informed and wise decision in our purchase. I am so glad we chose the Legends store. Carter was great to work with! He was the only salesman on the day we were there and he had three different customers at once. He did a great job splitting his time between all of us and he made you feel that you were the only customer there and that he had all day to spend with you. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend working with him.

Jarett deserves a promotion! This was my first ever purchase of a mattress. He walked me through all the different types and got me great savings on many different aspects (mattress/adjustable base/pillows/etc.). Best of all, he was not pushy and answered all my questions. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a great experience when buying our new mattress. Rusty was amazing! He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He never got impatient with us trying out different ones or asking questions. He didn’t try and sell or steer us to the most expensive one. Would highly recommend him and the store if you are looking for a new mattress.

We are very happy with the salesperson that helped us find our best fit for us bed. He showed all of the options and we couldn’t be more excited to have the new bed delivered next week. He was very knowledgeable and never pushed us to decide. We will recommend this store for sure.

I purchased a Serta mattress at MattressFirm. Rusty was very patient and knowledgeable about his stock. The store was super clean and I felt comfortable trying out mattresses with no pressure from Rusty. If all their sales people are like that, I would highly recommend the store to family and friends.

We had an absolutely incredible experience. We came in with an idea what we wanted, and the Sleep Experts provided exactly what we needed. They helped us shop around, without being pushy or bothersome. Carter and the Sleep Experts crew were very knowledgeable and helpful and gave us the best deals we could find. We walked out with a mattress + protector, adjustable bed frame, and two pillows for an extremely affordable price. I'm so pleased!
