The employee Kelvin gives very bad service and the customer is very abusive, they don't make you want to return to the store. They should have more control of their employees.

The woman who is here today, Saturday June 8 at 12:30, is arrogant, she was very rude, I asked to speak to the manager and she told me that she had horrible service and even more so with that woman.

If I could give 0 stars I WOULD!!! I cannot express enough how horrible this store and the people who work there are!!!! Worst experience I've ever had and it was such a bad experience I even switched phone companies. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I went a couple of weeks ago because I had a phone blocked by an operator. I asked them if they could do it and they responded that if they proceeded to transfer the line, they blocked my active line and did not fix anything. They did not return my money. The two ladies who had very bad service

I went to pay my phone bill, it was not time for closing yet but yet they refused to let me in, they let in one person before me then closed the door on me and told me they were closed, once I walked away and got in my car I saw them let in another person, they let in other people but not me??and these employees were also out smoking in front of the store.
