Rude Manager works here!!I brought my family of 6 coming from Canada and Hong Kong to shop here a week ago, they were big spenders and wanted to shop so much on this location. Unfortunately, it was the worse treatment and service from the manager in the location amongst ALL shops at the Legend.We walked in, a very nice lady said hi, then a young guy kept following us. Whenever we touched something, he immediately straightened that up and looked annoyed. I thought I was just being sensitive then I tried again, just picked up a men's card holder to look and put it back, he again, came right after me and straightened that up and looked annoyed. The entire time didn't say hello or offer any help, just looked annoyed on us, we of course left. Before leaving out the door, I asked the lady who first greeted us if he's the manager of the store, unfortunately he is. I should have gone back to ask if he has problem with us, asian looking people or he thought we didn't money to spend that day? I shopped here many times before, never was treated like that. Whoever the area sales manager us for this location should really have some serious talk with this rude dude. If I ever see him again and be treated like this again, for sure I will raise hell!(Just have scrolled down to see more comments, sure enough, found similar comments, RUDE associates! and happened to be a dude, may be the same person)

I went to the store over the weekend and got distracted. Had to rush my kids out of the store. I called the next day to see if they could take a payment online and send me the bag I wanted. The sales associate was great, sent me a link with photos and sent me my bag that day. I was very happy!

This place has been instrumental in successful birthday, anniversary, and other wife themed holidays. I show the staff the link, they know where it is, and I’m on my way. Happy wife (with a good purse), happy life.

This MK is our favorite store ever for MK products. Usually there are good sales and sometimes great finds on the clearance rack. We get a lot of gifts here.

I love Michael Kors but I have to say the employees are very rude and never ask if you need help nor did they greet us at the door. They also stare at you like you cnt afford anything. The funny part is I had 3 bags from The Coach store before walking into Kors, I can say I had a GREAT experience at the Coach store and can see the difference in customer service. I honestly hesitated to buy a bag from Kors because of poor customer service. This is not the first time I walked into Kors and had the same experience not always the same ppl neither. Ps. End up buying a bag because I can afford it. Lol. Next time I think I'll order online.

Originally this was a 1 star review but I hesitated and contacted the store for the manager and I explained I had a bad experience while Christmas shopping.I have bad hearing and I spoke to an associate for assistance and he said something I didn’t understand and when I returned for further explanation he snapped at me and, although I received the information, the way he conveyed it and the way he marched from end to end of the store pointing at the objects aggressively genuinely hurt my feelings.The store manager took my complaint and assured me next visit I’d be taken care of better. All other staff interactions were phenomenal, reading other reviews I feel as if there’s new management and the store is taking a turn for the better.Thank you for coming to my Ted talk.

I got the rudest most argumentative customer service ever from Melvin. Rushing things, cutting me off when I tried to tell him that the price he’s saying is different from the one on the sign, and just bluntly impatient and rude. The reviews are correct about this place having terrible customer service and treating people like they cannot afford the merchandise. Just shop online and save yourself the drive and the headache.

I purchase alot of Michael Kors apparel for my wife. We travel and like to shop at the different Michael Kors stores around the nation. The Legends store is by far the worst store we have ever visited! The only consistency I have experienced is the Horrible customer service they provide! It starts with the Manager! Whoever the Older African American lady who is the manager needs to be fired! She is the rudest and most unprofessional retail employee I have ever met! I dont know why you would have such an unprofessional employee, let alone manage the place. This probably explains why there are so many customer service issues in the reviews! I know I will avoid this store at all costs!

Will no longer patronize this store. I have spent lots of money at this outlet store in the past however I received very poor customer service on my last visit. I found a pair of house shoes on the 75% off shelf but when I went to purchase them they rang up at almost $80. It was the only pair in the store like this. When I stated I got them off of the 75% shelf . I was told that someone must have put them in the wrong place. I believe the store should have given me this product at the 75% off price as it was not my fault the shoes were in the wrong place. The manager wanted to argue with my over my request to buy them at 75% off. Nonetheless I left very upset over the very poor customer service I received. I called Michael Kors customer service on the next business day and filed a complaint. I am still waiting to hear from the store regarding my complaint. Would not recommend patronizing this store.
