While some regular prices can be a bit pricey and items can occasionally be out of stock, the staff are consistently noted as super friendly, courteous, and helpful.

Floral Sale signs are poorly posted and very vague as to what is on sale and what is not. The manager had a snarky response to me questioning how would one be able to distinguish what is on sale and what is not. Not helpful at all, however, the cashier was very pleasant, and not impressed with the manager either.
