I debated about giving 3 stars but sided with 4 because of this...
Despite not having enough mechanics for the workload, the manager on duty still had a smile on his face. He could've used his situation to dictate how he treated customers but he didn't. I give him props for that.

I used Midas’ services right upon our first months of living in KC. My first appointment when I introduced myself with my preferred name was great. The car repair seemed to be really fast and easy with a zero interest 1-year loan for the repair which I really appreciate. However, my next appointments didn’t go well. My oil change appointment left me with a car impossible to drive due to the almost-empty wheel oil pump. And my next appointment for the car inspection wasn’t taken care of because they said I had not called to schedule the appointment while I have the call record in my phone log history where the manager responded and confirmed the appointment but once attended in person failed to provide me with services. It is really heartbreaking to see how you get a weak or unsafe service or totally get denied to be served as a customer in one of the well-known auto service centers in the US, and it’s more disappointing when you don’t know why!

I paid along with my warranty to get my vehical fixed..they mid diagnosed it and it cost me to replace parts that I wasn't having issues with

The Midas manager Ripped my column shifter out my steering column and and then refused to pay for or fix it. He then proceeded to call the cops on me because I wanted him to repair what he damaged. He then told me to leave and then stood in front of my vehicle so that I couldn't.
I have many lawyers interested and I am seriously considering legal action against Midas and their manager for how they treated me and my sister!

My husband and I received excellent customer service from Mike. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to. He listened to our issue and explained everything from what the repair would involve and the pricing. He was also very aware of our needs personally. Also, the waiting area and bathroom were very clean which is much appreciated. The repair was also completed in a very timely manner. We would recommend this Midas to anyone having car problems and definitely mention Mike.

Who I believe was the store manager was an absolutely amazing guy to work with, gave me an amazing deal because I had to stay longer (due to my own fault). Was not able to grab his name but was a wonderful and super nice guy. 10/10 would reccomend! Also forgot to mention he got me in last minute!

Called 4 other places for a nail in my tire. Im from out of town and needed it fixed quick. Midas got me in and out within an hour. Allison at the front desk is super cool. Highly recommend for anyone in a hurry

I called in the morning and was able to get a last minute appointment! They honored an online coupon, which made a full synthetic oil change much more affordable. Even though they were busy, when I checked in, I asked if they could check the alignment too, since we had gotten new tires about a month prior to my visit. They called me to let me know it was enough outside the tolerances that they recommended an alignment, which I agreed to. This will be my new go to shop for oil changes and alignments!

VERY satisfied with this experience. Mike the manager helped me out and he was very good at explaining things to me regarding scheduling, pricing, issues, suggestions and other things. He had great patience and amazing manners. Car runs amazing now! Midas will always be my go to
