everything about service is abs horrible very rude owners and staff!!!..... went to return some pant I tried on and they said I could exchange after they did not fit no store credit then proceeded to tell illegal to take them back!!!!... will never be going there again anyone in need of 36 -34 wranglers over priced at 70 after 20% discount but I'll sell them for 40 but no exchanges!!

David Jr trimmed and steamed a hat for me a few months back. It wasn’t a hat I purchased through them and he was willing to take his time and get it how I wanted! Many thanks David. It’s a tip based service so tip ‘em’ well. Especially if you didn’t get the hat with them. Have a solid 2024 Nigros #1 team.I went to the other location first and wasn’t as welcome so I left and headed to KCK. Thanks David!!!

What can I say about this place and all of their employees!!!! I love this place. They make you feel like family. I love their boot selection. I have wide calves, but that does not stop me from getting the boots I want. LD is the boot stretching king! Everyone is so helpful and friendly! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Had a great experience there…until I had to return something. I had bought 2 pair of jeans, and paid for part of my purchase on a gift card. Well, I had to return 1 pair. I asked for the refund to be put back on my bank card, since my difference owed back was still more than my gift card I used. It went back on the gift card instead! I said that I wanted it back on my bank card and told the lady operating the register as such. The owner was like, “Don’t get smart with her!” The guy yelled at me! I merely asked for my money back, and didn’t act confrontational in any way. Eventually, they gave me some of the money back in cash, and some back on my card. Then they claimed they were losing money since they gave me over $70 back on a $65 item….I guess they forgot I get refunded sales tax back on an item I paid for. A simple refund transaction lost you a customer forever. Try treating people better.

Bought a new pair of Anderson Bean boots a couple of weeks ago & began to notice a growing squeak when I walked in them. Not only did they let me exchange them without question, they also educated me on why the boots began to do that in the first place.

The staff is friendly, helpful and gives you a small town/family style of service. The prices are very competitive with other stores. They are willing to go the extra mile and if you can't make it in, they are willing to even do a video call to help you.

Staff is extremely knowledgeable and lovely. We purchased a pair of Ostrich Anderson Beans that my husband had been eyeing for months. We live down in Springfield Mo area and will definitely be driving back up for any future boot needs, definitely worth the drive.

Anyone that does not give this place 5 stars is nuts. Went there today to buy a hat. Super nice guy helped me pick out the perfect one. Then my wife found some great new blouses. Turns out the nice guy was the darn owner. Makes me never want to go anywhere else again for my western wear. Thanks David.

By far the best western store in the KC area. Had a guy help me with picking out a new hat. They had thin selection in my size but he refused to give up. Found what I wanted. My wife found some awesome blouses. Turns the guy who was helping me was the owner. This place is top notch. Price was on point to. I'll likely never go anywhere else again.

Exceptional customer service every single time I visit this store! Everyone is very welcoming and helpful and there is a great selection in everything. LD, Little David, helped me so much in shaping the hat I got and Jocelyn and Anita helped me pick out such a cute hat. Thank you so much!! One of my favorite western destinations in KC!
