The Nike Factory Store is a huge and often busy place. It is a great spot for finding good Nike tennis shoes at good prices. The selection can be limited, especially in specific sizes. While some feel the savings are minor, the store has many employees to handle checkout lines. The staff is noted for being super helpful, patient, friendly, and genuine. A standout feature is the easy sneaker recycling program. The store also offers a fun atmosphere with mini soccer balls to bounce while shopping. Many customers plan to return.
Wills service was excellent! He was knowledgeable and listened to exactly what I was looking for. Will went above and beyond to find the right product for me. Thank you!
