Rude customer service, specially one blonde with glasses she refused to sell me a fish. Which wasnt even for me, when I asked her to give me the fishes she just gave me a dirty look and didn't even move. She ask if I had all the essentials in a rude tone. Again the fish wasn't for me I just wanted the fish and didn't get it.

Took my dog there on Saturday to have her picture taken with Santa and it is now Tuesday and still have not gotten the pictures they're supposed to send by email. My mom went to the Shawnee store on Saturday with her friend's dog and they got their pictures the same day. When am I going to get my pictures? I called this morning and asked them and they said they couldn't even give me a time frame what a crock of crap! I guess that's the difference between a Johnson County store and a Wyandotte County Store.

These people are HORRIBLE. They don’t care about the animals - they only care about the money. They don’t diagnose, they don”t treat.they take your money and provide vaccinations - this is the public health department for animals. They can’t even keep their inventory in check. I spent THOUSANDS of dollars trying to figure out what was wrong with my dog. I’ve called and called at times to NEVER get a call back. I finally took her to the KState Animal clinic and got an official diagnosis - unfortunately I had to travel two hours both ways to get the diagnosis. Once I had the diagnosis, since I wasn’t local to manhattan Kansas they sent a script to my (former) vet and I had to “throw a fit” because they said “someone will follow up with you” and I told her “you guys never do” and then the vet tech stated they had the order and the med and would send a text when it was ready. I call ten minutes to closing time and they basically said “you can get it cheaper through Chewy” I explained that YEAH I know you charge three times the amount but I want to start treatment immediately. They said they had it and would process it and send me a text when it’s ready. I am a nurse that was working at the time. The said “oh we left a voicemail” - I don’t have my phone on my unit but had my watch to keep an eye on text messages, nothing came through. They tell me “it’s not a common medication and the supply expired TWO weeks ago” they additionally stated they had two NEW cases today - let’s look at that. Not “common” but two cases in ONE day. It’s expired they said - but then said they check inventory “monthly” which means you KNOW when things are about to expire, not to mention B12 has a shelf life of THREE months. They didn’t reorder because of MONEY. They referred me to a cheaper option. They were more worried about THEIR emotions and feelings and when I said THOUSANDS she wanted to quote what I spent this year only. I only spent 400 for her annual - and knowing her problems they said “see you next year” after having battled this for over a year. They didn’t recommend another vet/clinic/etc. They looked at my 25 lb cattle dog/german shepherd mix who lost OVER HALF of her weight and said “see you next year”. She wouldn’t have lived until next year because of them. And now with a diagnosis they can’t even provide the medications needed to save her life. Pointing this out, they hung up on me - now my dog still doesn’t have the meds she needs for a diagnosis they couldn’t provide. This place isn’t bad for vaccinations only. They double the charge for spay and neutering service which is why I took her to the humane society. Other than that they are USELESS and HORRIBLE. Only one star for .vaccinations and to make this post. You can see ALL her bones - they saw and felt this too but did nothing. If a real doctor did that it would be considered neglect

Store hours are posted as open until 8pm on Monday's. Arrived at 7:43pm and the doors were already locked (multiple people still inside the store). I wouldn't complain if it was the first time something like this happened, unfortunately it is not.

I was able to get most of what I needed there. I found out it wasn't a full store, which is why they didn't have more product.

Went to buy some items and as soon as I walk in I hear yelling. It was one of the mangers yelling at one of the employees. She was yelling at her loudly! If you have an issue with an employee, you pull them to have a conversation in private . A customer told the manager this and told her she was being unprofessional but the manger yelled at him too and said the employee was being unprofessional not her and that she is the boss and she was “correcting” her employee. Not only was the manager disrespectful to the employee but also to other customers. That was not okay.
