Won't be back at this location anymore. Security was outside then came in when I came in to look around. I spent quite a bit of money but if you get that type of vibe that your going to shoplift I'll spend my money elsewhere. Felt the same vibe from some of the employees as well. 👎

I certainly didn't appreciate your new security guard looking up from his cell phone long enough to stop me for smelling your cologne on my way out of your store after spending good money on my children for back to school shopping! Focus on those stealing from you!!! NOT the people who literally purchased from you & are walking out with said purchases!
Security needs additional training for sure

Was able to take advantage a log a nice promo but the staff were a little dry… not as friendly as I’m accustomed to but not bad either.

I had an excellent experience today with Clay!
He was very attentive and was able to find a Polo shirt in a specific fit and color that was out of stock online. I usually prefer shopping online, but I wouldn't mind visiting this store again.
Highly recommended!

I was followed around the store tonight the entire time I was there. I was so upset. The cashier apologized about it but it was too late. I won’t spend another dime there!!!

Very uncomfortable environment. You are being watched and followed. They think everyone gonna take their stuff without paying. FYI not everyone is like that.

Make sure you always check your receipts before leaving the store, specially if you returning an item. I few weeks ago I purchased 3 items. A week later I returned to the store to return two of them because I changed my mind ( it is ok to change your mind). The crazy thing is that only two items that were physically present were the only two I was going to return. The 3rd item was at home because I left it there . But when I went home and checked my bank account I realized that the very rude sales associate that made the transaction for me refund me for the items that I didn't return and that I didn't even brought to the store. Of course it was the cheapest item from the 3 that I have had purchased a week before. I don't know how this was possible because she " scanned" the two items that I returned. But I was refunded for the one that it wasn't even physically present at the store because it was at home with the tags still.
I am going to report this to the appropriate agency as well as the corporate office

I never see a return policy like this. I bought a hat on Ralph Lauren website and the hat was too big so I went in the store to return it with everything attached and the receipt. This girl told me I had to send it back to the website Ralph Lauren and hope it don't get lost on making it there. Thats some weird stuff when it's all the same company I will never go back there again . Who the heck want to do all that. They do that for you to get discouraged and keep it.. What you did was lost a good buying customer. Drove all way down there with my newborn baby just to get turn around smh ?
