I know a few of drivers. But the management needs to pay attention to what the drivers say about times a place is opened and when the customer will except freight, weather conditions, and traffic taking extra time to get to/from destinations. And customers are opened earlier then most of the drivers have to report to work but then they want them to get everything delivered and new freight picked up in 5-7 hours. Come back and unload the I trailers before 7pm. The dock workers need to learn how to load the freight for delivery. LOAD THE FREIGHT FOR EACH DAY ON ALL TRAILERS BY CUSTOMERS THAT IS FARTHEST AWAY FROM THE TERMINAL IN THE NOSE THEN NEXT FARTHEST, THEN NEXT FARTHEST ....AND SO ON UNTIL IT IS ALL LOADED FOR THE DAY!!! THIS MAKES THE DRIVERS JOBS EASIER AND MORE EFFICIENT WHICH SAVES TIME FOR THE DRIVERS (getting more done less time) AND MONEY FOR THE COMPANY? when my family member first started that's how freight was done then they bought ViaTran and they stop handling freight like that. He could deliver all his freight and pick up a trailer Full then return to the terminal and go back out and pick up more. Now the just load it all jumbled up and the drivers either have to fix it before they start out or have to move everything around at each stop to get to what that customers is getting Which takes up a lot of time. Hello, the managers don't seem to listen when the drivers say anything but are always quick to l yell at the drivers and given points against them.
