I came in with no appointment and after signing is called back to the lab room with one minute. People were courteous and blood was drawn in a matter of minutes. Love the placeJim

Worst possible place to deal with. Don’t ever walk in cause they will sit in the back with the lobby empty and wait until an appointment shows up to help anyone they will leave you sitting there. And yes the attitude of just about everyone that works here is ridiculous. Embarrassing business. Can’t handle simple lab work to at should take no more than 5 minutes per person.

I never post reviews, but as the parent of a toddler and medical professional I can't say enough amazing things about the compassion, professionalism and efficiency of this lab for my toddler's blood work. We went on a Saturday morning, we were in and out in 15 mins. Don't waste your time at a Children's Mercy location thinking it'll be a good experience, because for us it was traumatizing. This location is incredible!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Don't go here. Lady was very rude and told us all to leave even though doctor faxed order and told us to come in. There was no one there, and she said they were full. Worst experience ever.

Ordered a 5 panel drug screen on line. When I was given the test I filled the sample to just below the line. The nurse said it wasn't enough because I ordered a split screen and she had to send 2 vials. I told her I didn't order a split screen. She refused to send the sample in then marked down I refused the test. I called the company I used to book the test and they said they didn't request a split screen. They were good enough to reschedule me for no cost. This clinic is very unprofessional. Why they insisted on doing a split screen and refusing to send the sample in is beyond me. I paid for the test. I should get the test I want not the test they want to give me.

I’ve only had good experiences at this Quest location. I was a combat medic long ago so I understand just enough to be annoying/funny. I understand the long hours and bad days. However, I haven’t had to give anyone “the benefit of the doubt” as everyone has been kind and knowledgeable!I do see how the digital check in system can feel cold and unfriendly. Unfortunately, it’s a necessary solution to keep our medical workers safe. Is it the best interface for everyone? Not great for those not used to using tech.

This place is a scam factory. They bill you for lab work you never authorized being sent, never went to one of their locations for and have never contracted them for any service. Then you call their "customer service" and some worthless B named "shawntay" puts you on hold mid sentence AND NEVER COMES BACK!!!!

They wont give u service unless u pay up front on what they think ull have to pay and then charge u again that same amount later. It takes an ack of Congress to get the money back from the double payment.

I love coming here. Sooo glad they still require patients to wear mask. Check in process was extremely easy and simple. Awesome place to get blood drawn. Some of the women there are really great at their job. Busy place but they get you in and out. I also like that you can make appointments online, which is extremely easy. Love their check in process.. simple, quick, and efficient. Makes things go faster. These ladies here really has the patience for this job because I’ve seen a few patients get really nasty and mean towards these women...Only issue is the girl that wears a bun, she’s always snotty and rude. Other ladies are awesome

We had a fine experience. Checked in on the tablets with QR code, waited a few minutes and we were in. Staff was friendly and everything went smooth.
