I have meant to give a good review for Randy Curnow Collision Center for a long time.
Hopefully this review has a photo of the vehicle before the repair and a photo of the vehicle after the repair.
I brought my car, a 2013 Chevrolet Malibu, there, believably, May 22,2023 after setting up an appointment online.
The woman that worked with me at the desk was very helpful; she took good pictures of the damage that the car had, she was helpful with me filing a claim, in working and communicating with my insurance company, helpful in the explanation about deductibles, and helpful in choice of date for the repair.
Thanks to the LORD for her.
That help was needed, because it was some kind of experience to need collision work done.The process was easy.
I received good confirmation and reminders about the date of the appointment and the team was a blessing to me on the day of the drop off and the pickup, and I have believed that the time that it took for the repairs were not bad; and it worked out well; glory to God.
And whoever worked on the car, I wanted to state that they did an awesome job.
They did an excellent job, a great job; not just with the impacted area, but it seems like the overall exterior was looking new and fresh.
Excellent!
So a great and true thanks to all those involved in the repairs, especially those who I interacted with there; certainly to the two women that worked with me at times of the process (I have wanted to say that it was Jen and Beth; my apologies if it was not) and to whatever other member of the team that was respectful and part of my experience with Randy Curnow Collision Center being a smooth and enjoyable one.
I have appreciated the kindness, respect, helpfulness, and excellence that I received.
May the Lord Jesus impact in good and blessed ways the people that I have mentioned that were there at Randy Curnow Collision Center.

This team was absolutely amazing!!!
From Beth who answered the phone to Marcus and Byron who were able to work on my truck in a pinch, they were all truly remarkable! I’ve never had so many great knowledgeable and friendly people from any other shop. They solved my trucks problem quickly and with a smile.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. They all really made my day! Thank you all so much!!!

Took over 2 months to fix my Camry. They keep pushing the the date to the right. I ran out of my rental car and had to pay from my pocket. Worst experience ever. Will not recommend anyone and will never come back to this place.

My experience was a stressful and complicated business relationship with this collision center for the 3 and a half months that my 2015 Nissan Altima was in their possession. I will say, we have done business with Randy Curnow before. We've rented cars as well as brought in a Nissan Rogue for collision repair within the last 2 years. Our expectations of quality and service were high from previous business, which is why we chose this collision center to begin with.
The communication with Randy Curnow was lacking the entire time my vehicle was in their shop. I was told on 3 separate occasions when my car was going to be done AFTER calling them to get this info, with dates, and each time I had to make calls to the shop on the day of because weeks would go by with no further communication. Once I got ahold of sombody, I was told it would be even more weeks out before my car would be done. Again, this was on 3 seperate occasions. Management made empty promises and guarantees on numerous occasions, only to have be left with more questions than answers and them NEVER following through on those promises or guarantees. We made multiple trips to the shop, asked to talk with management, shook their hand; all to show them this ordeal meant a lot to us and still we received poor assistance and customer service on multiple occasions.
Those 3 times that I had to call to check the status of my vehicle when they stopped communicating, the price of the repairs went up. Once I was told the final cost of $7400, somehow it skyrocketed up by 400 dollars on the day of pickup. All they had told me was left on the vehicle was putting everything back together. This extra $400 was never communicated, but rather a surprise I was told about on the day of pick up. Then, the "discount" we received just so happened to put the car at the price the car was at after the second price hike of $7400.
Once I finally got the vehicle back, the repairs themselves seemed great, but there were boot works all ove the back of my seats. That is not an exaggeration. My front, tan, leather seats were COVERED in dirty boot marks on the back. As well as my rear seats had black grease and boot marks as well as stitching that had been stretched and ripped from them being back there. The vehicle was also returned with my right exhaust bent lower than the left exhaust. To return my vehicle in that condition after all the hassle, lack of communication, empty promises and empty guarantees.. it was simply disrespectful.
The only positive thing I have to say is that because of the many discrepancies and inconveniences, they provided us with a rental car after 2 and a half months of poor service.
Unfortunately, my family and I will no longer return to this business or refer them to anybody.

I had a great experience with a hail storm repair - the team at the collision center kept me informed and completed all of the paperwork with the insurance company. I would recommend them to anyone looking for work on their vehicle.

Truck came out looking brand new ! Thanks to the whole collision repair team from Randy Curnow collision center! Truck came out looking as new even after being more time than usual, due to some issues. I was just too satisfied how it came out looking like, Brand new !!

Worst experience of my life! Do not take your vehicle here for collision repairs! The service was terrible, the leadership (Managers: Brody & Corina) lied to be appeasing which in turn caused more issues and delays. They had my car for 7days before they even looked at it. The estimator (Tucker) bid me one price ($1,900(, then another employee called me and said it would be an additional $1k, making the total price 3k. Spoke to the production manager (Corina) who reviewed the bill and we agreed on $2100 ish total. Then when it was time to pay the invoice the bill had gone up to $2400 ish, of which I refused to pay because that was not the original agreed upon amount. Took nearly 3 weeks for the repairs which was one week over the estimated completion time. The communication throughout the entire process was a hassle to get ahold of people to get updates on the vehicle. No one wants to take accountability for the poor service, delays in work being completed and lack of communication. The manager Brody just blows smoke and is condescending. But the one thing he did right was fix the invoice to the original price. Then the repairs were done poorly, after picking my Blazer up, a piece of the bumper kept falling down because it wasn’t done properly the first time. Had to take it back again for them to fix it properly! After this poor experience, I will never use any service at Randy Curnow, especially not their Collision department!!! I wish I could give 0 stars!

My car looked great after it was fixed, and the staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful. But, my car was broken into on their lot and lots of things were stolen out of it. The collision center holds no responsibility for it. Be careful where you take your car.

Excellent job on the repair of my Acura RDX after my mirror and front panel were damaged in an accident. The stayed in touch with updates on the timeline, worked well with my insurance, and returned my car looking brand new!
