So we had a situation in witch had carried on for several months in reference to some couches we purchased, and we could never seem to get any answers, or anybody to work something out with us, then as time passed, we continued our payments up to date, and eventually got a chance to talk to Jay, the Store manager, and I will say, respectfully, that Jay made things right with us! Couldn’t have asked for a better deal! He kept his word as we did also, and I will say we are very satisfied with all his efforts! Great Efforts From Great People! Keep Great Customers Happy! They are professional. Clean and have excellent customer service. If you are considering rent to own option, try these people out. I wont shop any where else for furniture or appliances. And everything is name brand...quality.

Started a new job got a basic desk and chair, both marked as new. The desk has 12 different nicks in it, the chair is super uncomfortable. Called the store was told I would be called back. It's been 3 days and nothing. The desk is very obviously used. Also paid $10 online. The store called and said they didn't receive it and charged me another $10

I have used the online rent a center plenty of times before. Today MICHELLE calls me and instead of helping me, a repeat customer, she starts harassing me. I explained. I've been thru process before and all she kept saying was its our process sir. Its our process. Then when. I say I'm thinking of canceling, she said thats up to you and proceeded to cancel my order. I will never use rent a center again. I will make sure to let everyone know what bad service this place has. Facebook and Twitter here I come.

When I signed up they kept telling me they would call me back, of course, no one ever called back and I had to continually call them back for answers. They said my washer and dryer would be delivered from 12-2 and they still haven’t shown up. No one contacted me to say they would be late. I have to work at 4. So I called them and they put me on hold for 30 minutes. Then I hung up and called back and someone immediately answered the phone ready to talk. So terrible customer service, haven’t received what I ordered, terrible experience all around and I wish I would have went with a different company.
