Cute clothes but sizing is terrible, however the worker did say they're working on it so that's genuinely great!I bought a skirtall I'm gonna take in to make it my size. Very friendly staff and store was pretty well organized. Thank you!

No reception. No hello, no welcome to Rue 21. The clerk's just maintained the conversation they were having amongst themselves. Asked if my granddaughter could try on some items. They said. "No one can use the fitting rooms." Had to put everything back back. No,"thanks for coming in, sorry for the inconvenience." Nothing. Rude 21.

All the workers in there were nice, even though we came in 15 minutes to closing time, they didn't rush us. I ended up buying a $25 gift card for my nephew. I appreciated them letting me know about their promotional items. Very clean, orderly, and great service!
