I went in there today not knowing what I needed and was best for my hair Dez’eray came up to me asked if I needed help and helped me with everything I need it’s nice to have someone that knows my hair texture and knows what’s the best things to use for our type of hair I appreciate everything she did and the 30 mins she stayed talking to me and answering all my questions I’ll be back just for her!

Thank you Dez’Eray again for being the only worker that understood Spanish and helped my mom by showing her what products to use so she can lay down her wig properly. I will be coming back again!!!

They have no respect for their schedule. Its 45 minutes past open time and there is still no people in the store. I've also called a handful of times and it says that all team members are on a different line. I've also seen 15 people other than me wait and leave before posting this. Very disappointed ☹️

They open late and close early. There are more places who have better hours and cost less. I mean Sally's is more convenient for distance of travel but this is the 3rd time I've realized Sally's hours don't work very well with a working person. On an up note majority of the time they are nice and have everything I need. Problem is I can't ever get it because of the hours.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! DISCRIMINATORY STORE! I was shopping for hair products and the employee started “dusting”. I was on the textured hair aisle for 15 minutes and so was she dusting all around me and revisiting the aisles she already dusted. I noticed her watching and moved to the next aisle and she started dusting again in the same aisle and started acting awkward and making a joke. I told the manager and explained to her my concern. She apologized it didn’t seem genuine and the girl who followed me starting laughing. Firstly, should not dust where clients are shopping. Secondly, Sally’s’ needs diversity training before Sally’s gets a discrimination lawsuit. The other reviews have similar experiences. Lastly, laughing at customers expressing their concern is poor customer service and a lack of respect. I plan on returning my items because of this incident. I refuse to support a company that treats customers this way! The woman following me had all black on, chains, and black hair. Very disappointed with Sally’s, I won’t be returning.

This is the worst Sally’s in the area. If you care about social distancing, get ready to be ambushed in the aisles by employees and other shoppers alike. Prepare to be disappointed because you will probably leave empty handed due to their seriously low stock of products. Get ready to stand in front of a cashier that is checking someone out who is still shopping! Don’t mind all the watchful eyes of peering employees as they assume you are going to steal! Please for your own sake, spend a few more minutes of your time to drive to another Sally’s in the area. Every time I leave this location, I’m more and more disappointed. They do have ample parking though!
