Love the app I had 4 items that i scanned 2 different packages of chicken wings, butter cookies and mac& cheese got to check out and she scanned everything I had and told me i didnt pay for one of the chickens mind you i only had 4 items and my app showed the 4 items. The lady ask me if i wanted to buy this chicken that i payed for lol i told her once again i payed and all i jad to do is go to my receipt that HAS PICTURES of what i got. Case solved this was at the ledgens sams club... i will continue to us the app this is a first I've been using a very long time

Went to get a tire patched and then they told me they can’t patch it because of some bubbling on the tire fine whatever. So I would have to purchase a new one. So they didn’t patch it and then when I came back to get the new one on they told me that they didn’t have the right sized tool to get the lug nut off the tire. Then they charged the wrong amount to the credit card. Seriously why even have a tire department if you don’t have the right tools and how do you charge the wrong amount. I will NEVER go back to this Sam’s club. WORTHLESS!!!!!!

Just switched to Costco!!! Who would want to give money to this corporation! The DEI subject is firing people up! You better get it together or face losing more customers! All my friends and family have dose the same :)

It's a Sam's Club. I'm not sure what to say about it. The store is clean and organized.
My only grip is,being stopped at the door. To check my cart. IF you don't trust me to do "your" job. Then hire cashiers. But don't recheck my cart and waste my time.

I probably should rate them lower. I recently tried to sign up for a special of $15.00 for a membership. Now it has been years since I had been a member. Unfortunately for me it was the last day, and their system wouldn’t allow it. Their rules should have allowed it, but their computer shut it down. I tried calling to see if they would do anything to help. I got a resounding NO. I took a shot, and asked to be called by a manager. Never got a call. I have done well over the years without them. I did want to use one of their services, but I guess I will look around to see what I can find elsewhere.

I had went to pick up some items from this location in the bakery this past Saturday. I asked for assistance and a big white lady came up (was wearing jeans and loose t shirt with her blonde hair up) she approached me with an attitude and was very loud talking to me and wasn’t very helpful. I now know to stick to the Overland Park location from now on!

Ate at the snack bar. Pizza was pretty good. Pretzel pizza was not good...old and dry. All drink machines were out of order. Cashier was elderly and although very nice, she was very quiet and slow. She needed help because there was a long line.

It a good place to buy bulk and it is fairly cheap to and it is still the same still get great deals and the people are friendly to. It's even a little bit better lol.
