He provides excellent customer service, Consistently answers all my questions, And even stayed after work today to help me fix my paint sprayer. These days it’s hard to find quality customer service, And Patrick provides some of the best customer service I’ve ever received across any industry. His Product knowledge and depth Is extensive And his ability to convey this information to a non-paint professional is paramount. In all, If you have any questions with regards to paint, Paint sprayers, Paint application, ANYTHING paint, Visit Patrick on Wornall And I can ensure you will have a wonderful customer experience. You will leave happy, with knowledge about the products you purchased, and understand how to use them. It’s good to know that customer service like this still exists.

Walked in for color match at 5:55pm. Cashier says "Our tender is currently closed." Open sign is on. Hours are still open until 6. If your hours say you're open, you should be open. Lights were turned off at 5:57pm.

Woof. After being ignored at the register for about five minutes, I finally called out to one of the guys playing with his phone, "Could someone help me?" His very overwhelmed colleague, who'd been two feet away without ever saying hello, told me that guy was a trainee, couldn't help me, and the Manager was in the back. Trainee didn't go get manager. Manager had already ignored me when he walked out to get a pen, anyway. I finally left.

Have been to this Sherwin Williams store twice in the last month to get stain matching worked on for a client. I was told by the guys at the Mill Street Sherwin Williams this was the one to go to. Well... 1 was one of 2 customers in the store both times I went in. Both times I was ignored for over 10 minutes. NO one seemed interested in saying anything to me either time. One other customer and 2 associates. NO hello, NO someone will be with you momentarily, NO nothing. I guess if I was wearing my white's someone would of cared more. I turned around and left. Didn't even hear anything as I walked out the door. Sad.

Pretty decent customer service. I was pleased with the help that I received and matching my paint color to my house as I was having some challenges. These guys really pulled through to help me out. Like we have been able to match the color and continue prepping my house and getting it painted just in time for a cool day and weekend. Perfect timing for painting. Five star review
