Very poor delivery and non-existent customer service. My NFM delivery was haphazardly delivered. Both of the non-uniformed delivery people thought nothing of bulldozing through my door with furniture. They improperly plugged in electric components for a recliner and didn't seem concerned it was incorrect. My floor was scratched in one area and SIMLOG SOLUTIONS refused my repair claim and said it was the manufacturer's fault. They absolutely do not answer their published phone number and did not return any messages left.

Taylor and Adam did an excellent delivery. Despite the very hot weather, they got the job done with courtesy, cheerfulness, and caring demeanor. I have recommended this good service to many people. Thank you.

What a great company!! I had a very small job and the gave me a great price for less than an hour work. What a blessing that a company recognizes the small needs for their community and meet it. Every other company wanted me to pay for a two hour minimum even though the job was less than an hour! They were courteous and kind and very strong!! We will be moving in a few months and will be using them for a whole house move!! Thanks again for serving your community!!! You are a blessing!!

As a previous employee of Simlog Solutions and someone who has worked for multiple furniture delivery and moving companies I can personally say that they are top tier. From the ground up they are just a cut above the rest. Simlog is a company that does their best to always take care of both their customers and their employees. Simlog Solutions, a call I am beyond happy that I made! Taylor and his crew were on time, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional.
