They do not comply with what they offer, they told me to bring your phone in the condition it is in and we will give you another one completely free, we just pay to activate the new phone and they did not sell it to me at all, they are not professional

This T-mobile store at 18th and Pacific is running a scam. Buy a phone or watch here only if you want to be lied to and ripped off. Don't say you were not warned.

Horrible customer service. Waited nearly 45 minutes only to be blown off by the rep. T Mobile needs to rethink their hiring policies. Just because you have a pluse, done nor make individuals a good fit.

This store staffs, friendly, knowledgeable, empowered people! I had a warranty issue with my phone that was unnecessarily complicated through my own actions. The staff at this store helped me on three separate visits to resolve my issues to more than just my satisfaction. I was left better than when I walked in. These employees are wonderful!

The place is always busy, but they give great service. So, it was worth the wait. I got my replacement tech and they set everything up for me right there in the store. Thank you, T-Mobile.

Kati was amazing. I went in to add a line with an old phone and it blew my mind how fast and easy it was. Love this place. 10 stars for Kati!!!I was in and out in 5-10 minutes!

Horrible service, went in to switch plans & possibly look at a new phone & Kendrick Lawton was rude and even asked why didn’t we just do it at home over the phone which I replied isn’t that the whole purpose of having a store in order to serve the customer as his job description stated..I would not recommend T-Mobil or THAT STORE to anybody. Will be going to VerizonWorst experience ever, MATTHEW I SUGGEST you get rid of that P.O.S employee since he’s ibviouslt not there to work considering he said if he has to do it “he would have to use his personal phone to make the changes”.
