Sprint service has not been good. Hopefully merger with T-Mobile will help.

Their site says open to 800 pm...I got there at 632 and they were closed. Sign on the door says to knock or wait. The guy inside comes to the door and points to their open sign and it shows 630. Make up ypu kind.

If I could give sprint a minus 5 star I would. Was a loyal customer for 14 years until I started having problems with iPhone 4 switched to Metro by T-Mobile for half the money twice the services been happily ever after....

Sprint has the worst customer service in kc. The chouteau and i-35 location to be exact. When I walk into a cell phone store with a dispute about my bill the last thing I want to hear is loud music playing over everyone in the store. The automated service as well as the human employees were contradicting with everything that actually happened. I can go on with this stupidity I encountered but I have s%$# to do.

Holidays are here, family's are getting their kids phones and what not and there's still only one employee working the whole store? I don't even know why I still got sprint if I got to wait to use WiFi because I don't get single anywhere else. Y'all trash man.

First off I wanted to upgrade from S8+ to note 8. Clerk didnt seem too interested in helping me told me to go on line get deals better. Sprint is not a phone service for truckers signals not very good.
