My experience at the place was very good, especially because of the attention of David, very young but well trained to help and answer all questions. Although when we arrived everyone was generally available to assist us, due to the possibility that David also speaks Spanish, we chose him as our preference. It really was great and solved all our problems with the plan, the devices..... Everything.

Katie was extremely helpful. She was honest and upfront about pricing and phone plans. She was also very sweet. Next time I need togo to T Mobile, I will make sure I see her!

The employee in the store tried to help but the phone customer support is almost nonexistent. Three phone calls and the issue still wasn’t resolved. The classic passing the issue back and forth. Phone support says to go to the store and then the store calls customer service but gets put on hold after being transferred. Their whole system is now dysfunctional. Even store employees can’t get good support on the phone.Go with a different carrier as this company has gone down hill a lot in recent years.

If I could give Edgar half a star, I would. Go to any T-Mobile but this one read the reviews they are 100% correct.

If I could give them half a star I would. Sales people completely ignored me and were very short when I had questions while trying to upgrade. I left the store without upgrading because of their neglect and attitudes.

I haven’t been happy with T mobile. If I have insurance on a phone and I lose it but a T-Mobile worker puts my Sim card in my old phone and tells me to file the insurance claim when I have the time but because I waited longer than 90 days, my insurance is no longer good, why do I still have to pay for that phone? I’ve been a customer with them for 10 years and I’ve never been so unhappy. I can’t wait until I can switch carriers.

Great above and beyond customer service. T Mobiles system went down and Luckily the store staff advocated and fought for me to get my phone working. Skye, Solo and Nate were amazing and couldn’t recommend them enough. They took every step to insure I was taken care of and did not stop trying until my problem was solve. They should get a raise!!! 10/10 will be back even though there are many stores closer to my house.

T-Mobile offers great service, but they need to crack down on their stores. Staff make no money from existing customers and could really care less about them, confirmed by one of their own staff after literally having to push them into a conversation. The general attitude was "Why are you talking to me? Why are you wasting my time?" In addition, they will lie to you about requirements related to simply getting a new phone, telling customers they are required to charge to connect a new phone for the first time. Why?!? I have had numerous new phones and have never done this. The one time that I buy a phone from their store, because it was $50 cheaper than online, they try to feed me this nonsense. Don't believe it! If you are an existing customer, buy your phone and leave. Take it home and replace the SIM card. Done! You do not have to use their store to connect or confirm anything. That line is a scam and an outright lie.

I HIGHLY recommend the T Mobile on Englewood. I worked with three staff there who worked diligently to fix my unfixable phone. Shout out to Jamie, Skye and Edgar. Not only did they solve my problem but I feel like I have three new friends. I observed Jamie work with an elderly lady whose hearing aids wouldn't connect to her phone and Jamie could not have been more kind and patient. Edgar did everything he could to try to fix my phone as did Skye and we talked and laughed like we'd known each other forever. I also observed Asia handle a very difficult and temperamental customer with kindness and grace, I'm not sure I could have done the same. Great staff, great place, I won't go anywhere else!

T-mobile has provided the worst service have ever witnessed! My mom and I wanted to receive an estimate for phone plans. We received an estimate after five hours on the phone and we denied their service. After talking with Support, Manager, and some other unknown T-Mobile employee I have been charged each month for cell phone bill that I don't have. Or a cell phone number that I don't have. Please think twice about going with this cell phone service, I called repeatedly to cancel the so-called bill but they still continue to bill me. This is unfair. Please be cautious.
