Dont waste your time seriously, this location has seen better days. Nowadays nothing is ever stocked, bad customer service and the drive up service is terrible. Just take the extra time to drive to OP for a better shopping experience.

The marked up prices here are atrocious and 75% of the time, the price tags on the shelves don't even reflect the actual price charged at the register. They're doing this bait and switch nonsense. It's almost a deliberate scam at this point. The employees will also put product out with mismatched signage that one only catches if they realize a deal sounds too good to be true and reads the 8 point font on the sign confirming it.Sure, I work nearby and it's easier to walk over after work to buy a few items...but this place is so expensive I'd rather hop on the bus and ride elsewhere to shop where I'm not going to spend my whole paycheck on three food items.Also it's constantly crowded with rude, horrible people and the product selection/variety is laughably pathetic. Go literally anywhere else to shop and save yourself the time and money.

This store is always in disarray. Nothing is stocked in the store looks like a snowstorm is about to hit on a daily basis.

The lady at the return counter has to be the rudest person I have ever met. It’s shocking someone like this can work in customer service !

Bad experience. Woman who checked me out did not give me 2 of our 10 bags! How do you do that? I drove home 15 minutes and realized it when I started unpacking everything. Upon further inspection of the receipt I realized I was charged for five pizzas instead of four. I drove back to Target and Customer Service had our two bags sitting behind the Customer Service desk. The customer service employee never said sorry!!! She gave me the two grocery bags and refunded me for the pizza I was mistakenly charged for and that was it. Terrible customer service. I just would have liked an, “I’m so sorry for the inconvenience.”

Ward Parkway location the week before Christmas, I expected crazy. I had to return some holiday gift bags that were too small, had my receipt and walked right up to the returns desk. The cashier put down the thereturns she was sorting to help me and chuckled when I commented on fact that there wasn't a line. She told me I just missed it as she scanned my receipt, the bags, and credited it back to my credit card. Super quick and easy and she made it very pleasant.
