Not sure what others are talking about. Not courteous at all. Called looking for estimates since I'm looking to get a decent down payment for my next beater. Already had a good offer of $400 for a 2011 Corolla and asked if they could do $430. Guess the guy didn't like that and hung up on me. Onto the next scrap shop I guess...
